A great selection of Cal inspired clothing and gadgets. There is even a selection of serious workout clothing with Cal logos (UnderArmour, Champion, etc) Very few items are discounted.

Way too expensive and not Manny sizes in clthes

It was awesome to reconnect to this campus where I earned my PhD over a decade ago and pick up some mementos at the Cal Student Store to commemorate my weekend here. The sites near the Store are beautiful and memorable.Go Bears!

I still give 5 for products but for real customers, it’s not nice at all for not opening a restroom for them. Not a Go Bears spirits at all. Shame!

Pretty small bookstore and they definitely need to have better shot glasses but some of their items don’t look to bad.

No prices on any of the items or shelves. I guess you take it up to the register to find out how much it costs? They dont let the public use the restroom. Its locked off They send people to Telegraph ave restaurants.

This book store was absolutely great and has a lot of new books for students and even my favorite book writer. It was a bit pricey it is depend on the issue and famous series. Great service and well organized store that is well managed.

Felt little bit expensive

Solid student store with a lot of clothing options for the weather. I love how people outside hand out coupons (usually buy one, get another at a discount). Recommended!

Very overpriced merchandise and very limited selection of student products. Its a two story building with dedicated sections for both boys and girls however everyone ends up going to the boys section. In terms of accessibility, there is stairs that you can walk but if you are disabled, there is a ramp to get in as well as an elevator to navigate the two floors of the store.

I like this book store it was always have a great books you need. I love the books and selections they have all the best books you want and goods customer service as well.

Went with my GBO group during orientation. I felt like we were like once of those tour groups in foreign countries that stops by a gift shop because of a local deal with the gift shop and the tour company. I didnt really feel like that it was necessary for freshman orientation, they just wanted more money.

Real expensive. Even their clearance is expensive. They had a sweatshirt red tagged at $86! You can only wonder if thats clearance whats regular pricing like you know? They do have all things Berkeley tho. If you want a notepad with the Berkeley insignia then this is the place to shop. Just make sure you pay your bills first, they will clean you out.

Neat, clean and fun for kids. My daughter, Berkeley (floral top), loved everything about it and hopes to be a student one day!

Good place to purchase authentic Cal Gear, but the prices are definitely too expensive. There are multiple Cal Gear stores literally right across the street that sell for less and are of the same, if not better, quality.For textbooks, same applies. The other stores have price matching and thus have overall lower prices for the same materials.

Its like the UC Berkeley gift shop. It has nice stuff. Low end to high end items. I am alumni so I have to give it 5 stars!

Great selection of Berkeley themed items of high quality. You pay for it, however. Keep your receipt for easy returns.

Insanely overpriced, mainly carries just clothes, and it lacks all the knick knacks a real campus store should have. For visitors, heres a secret for cheaper Cal Gear: Bancroft Clothing Company across the street has a lot for insanely lower prices, like half of what you would pay at the Campus Store. Their selection is also better in my opinion. You can also check out the Student Store, which is also across the street. Its selection of goods is larger, but still a little on the pricier side--though not as expensive again as the campus store.

Go there right before or after aCal game its an AWESOME experience to share with your child or a good friend.

Lots of options! Men, women, children, even a dog section. Over priced like most student stores. But worth it for my Cal gear. Go bears and class of 2003! Yeah Im old 😎
