I purchased a German Batiste Baffled Box Medium Weight White Hungarian Goose Down Comforter (Level 3) online in the summer. We had just gotten a larger bed and I wanted to get all the purchases for it over with. I’m now using the comforter and I’m FREEZING. There’s nothing in it.I should have checked in the summer, so this is on me, but Warm Things will not stand by its products and exchange it. Any larger, reputable dealer would have exchanged it, even a few months later. Be very careful when purchasing here. They do not care about their products or the customer.
