I purchased a wall/desk combo that works for me. It has yet to be delivered but the purchasing process was pleasant and informative.

Sharon was very helpful and informative in the store in regard to pull out sofas. We decided on a queen size model with no piping I thought but when I got the sofa it had piping and for whatever reason the sofa just was not as comfortable as what I had tested in the store. We purchased the model with pocket springs because getting up and down out of the seat was supposed to have limited effect on the other person (seemed fine when my wife and i had tested it together a year prior) however you are still moved around considerably in my experience with this new sofa. I do not recommend their sofas in either model for big guys like myself 65 250lb due to lack of support although the dimensions otherwise are good for tall folks in terms of seating height and thigh support etc. Just dont be north of ~200 lbs would be my guess. Also I recommend getting ALL details in writing especially if your not a piping fan like myself. When We first got it I thought when I sat on it and my wife bounced around and then angled into me once fully seated that it was defective. Sharon did send someone out to make sure that the sofa wasnt defective but the guy said it was normal. My wife is comfortable on the sofa so we kept it (for now) but it will not be the snuggle sofa we had hoped for. I like to support small local shops and they have creative, good products just not all for big guys like myself and remember get the details in writing! The other detail I would like to add is that if you only have one able bodied person at home its probably well worth it to have the sofa delivered & setup as its a bit cumbersome for one person.

Everything about our experience at the store was superb! We were greeted kindly when we came in, given answers to all our questions, and given the space to decide what we wanted to do. Sharon was very knowledgeable about all the products and even directed us to catalog offerings that might have worked for us. In the end, my son picked a mattress from the store and absolutely loves it. And I walked away with new ideas for saving space in a room by using a wall bed. Thanks Sharon

We bought the chair (2 of them) that make into a twin bed each and a couch that makes into a queen size bed! Unfortunately they couldn’t deliver them right away. The company kept us updated, every step of the way. They have since been delivered and used. Our friends and family have been thoroughly amazed for they thought they were sleeping on regular beds instead of convertible ones. That is until I put them back together and then replaced the arms; which are removable. One more thing the couch and chairs are also extremely comfortable to sit on too! Specially useful if you don’t want certain people to know you have a place for them to sleep!

The customer service at Comfort Zone Sleep Gallery is excellent. I purchased a Murphy chest and am very happy with the quality and the practicality of having space saving solutions for a guest bed. I also found an organic mattress for our daughter which is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

There was a genuine effort to find what might serve me best, not merely make a sale. Quality of materials, style, and finish is excellent. I have returned to this business for additional purchases because of their excellent customer relationship and the value of their products.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory, products, and specs. The beds are pricy, but they try and get you the best deal and make sure you understand all the options before committing.
