Abandoned now, seems closed, doesn’t pick up the phone

Love the pieces I have purchased from Katz Modern. When I return to California this year, I’ll definitely visit the store again. I can honestly say, I’ve never been disappointed in any purchase that I’ve made there over the years!

On our drive, I was intrigued by the cat on the building and decided to check out the place because we saw the door open. That place really is a hidden gem. The showroom is filled with modern furniture and objects. There was also few unique items, that I’d never seen before. It almost felt like it could be a museum because of the history of the items. The owner, Mike, definitely has a unique taste. He also had a lot of stories to tell about his stuff. I wish I wasn’t living overseas, there was so many cool and modern items that I would have wanted to take home.

What an amazing selection of modern art! They have so many unique items and the owner is very knowledgeable. I cant say enough about this shop, they have some of the finest modern furniture Ive ever run across and the collectibles are amazing. Ill absolutely be returning to Katz Modern and highly recommend checking it out!

Bay Area feel to it. The owner has good merchandise for sell. Very friendly guy.

0wner is a cool and knowledgable guy who goes to a lot of trouble to find and offer interesting pieces. Okay, he doesn’t have a lot of patience with time-wasters and whiners but that’s fine with me- how else will they ever learn? :)

Sorry, the place is never open even though it shows open until 5pm on Saturdays.Also its a real mess and the owners are not friendly.Needless to say Im not returning.Update: Mr. Katz has a filthy mouth and no respect for the customers or the poor girl that works for him. So unprofessional.
