We have been coming to this store for quite some time now and they are efficient, knows what they are selling. As soon as you walk in they would greet you. Thumbs up for you guys!!

When they cant help you they have you call customer service and walk away.Useless. My phone still is not fully working.The non-english speaking Technical Support that sounds like theyre talking to you through a tin can (I thought T-Mobile is a phone company?) is also not helpful.I am putting this on the local store. The customer service reps rely on them and they dont work.

Nice store and good selection of the most of modern smartphones. Friendly and attentive as customer service is concerned.Similar to other carriers agents, they can err...and even make a misquote at times.Oh, the human element when added to the complexity and voluminous paperwork interpretation thats necessary; what thing can, and do go wrong. Lamenting is sometimes in order.Kindly stated.

Horrible store & staff .. went to upgrade my phone on a Saturday 2/13 apparently the computers were having some sort of issue and couldn’t process my upgrade Cesar had Irene call customer service and make a ticket they reassured me “ these issues only take 1 day come back tomorrow “ I call they say “ the system is still having issues “ I ended up working the whole week and today 2/22 I call and was told by Miguel “ the system is working “ I drive over to upgrade and am met with “ the system is still down let me call “ then am told by the guy helping me “ they never created a ticket so let me do it now . I am beyond annoyed I will be switching phone providers and will absolutely never come back if I could give zero stars I would incredibly disrespectful

Please change to 0 stars.Worst costumers service ever. Everyone is just completely incompetent and has no idea what they are doing. Lying to us, not wanting to help and letting us come to the store 4 times waiting all day and being busier giving out free cups to costumers instead of fixing real complaints that they just screwed up.Contacting T Mobile too and filing a complaint. So called manager does not know what he is doing and just completely turned away from us while we were already waiting for over an hour.I hope T Mobile takes action against these two incredibly unprofessional employees since they just waste everyones time and especially our money.Do not ever go there.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store and just do everything online or call costumers service which was very friendly I have to say and really helped us fast and smoothly to resolve the problem which just occurred because of the store associates missing knowledge and professionalism.Being lied to multiple times and then told theres nothing they can do. Unbelievable how this store is still open with people like that working there.

Amazing service! The store manager Jonathan helped my family of 4 activate and switch from Verizon. The service is amazing and at such an affordable cost! His associate Maliah was also very helpful in setting up our new devices and making sure all of our information would be transferred to our new IPhones. We will definitely be coming back to this location as the associates are friendly and extremely helpful. They made this process quick and easy. We normally thought we would be there for hours... we were there for 30 minutes. In and out!! AMAZING!!! Thank you T Mobile!

All of the guys at the Bergenfield T-Mobile were so great! The manager worked with us to help us get two new phones, while keeping it fair! Oscar was our salesman and he was super friendly! He transferred everything over for us and got us out in a timely manner. My husband and I would definitely recommend this location! If you have anything other than T-Mobile, do yourself a favor and switch over! But do it in Bergenfield :)

I came in to have my new phone set up. For some reason the tall Hispanic guy never bothered to activate the sim card, so I was not able to make or receive calls and texts.
