Very helpful and friendly staff. Went in, described where I thought my package may be and they located it immediately and gave to me in minutes.

FedEx is horrible. Ive never received a package on time through them...ever. If it says it will be delivered by end of day on a Saturday....lol....never gonna happen.

I give them a box and some money and they send it where I need. Seems like a win-win

They charged extra because i shipped to a residence and because i used plastic totes and not boxes.Also not allowed to insure for full value because of ceramics being included in shipment.

Awesome staff. I showed up to deliver a package and the driver was not there yet. I waited for a bit and then came back to check and tbe driver was still not there. They offered me a chair and a drink. The office closes at 6pm but they didnt mind me hanging out past that time to wait for the driver to arrive with my package. After he got there they handed me the package and were very pleasant to work with. I will be returning

This FedEx was hard to find. Was really kind of spooky. Walked into a room with counter but noOne manning the Ship. Not the best experience. Will be sure to find a different drop off next time.

This is one of the worst shipping companies I have dealt with. I shipped a package 6 DAYS AGO, to go 45 minutes away from where i live. The person I sent the package to STILL HAS NOT RECIEVED THEIR PACKAGE. IT HAS BEEN 6 DAMN DAYS!😡 They are super delayed when it comes to shipping the package and updating the status. I will never use this companys services anymore.

Absolutely horrible they admitted to loosing a very expensive package of mine. And claim they have no liability for it. Looking for more people who have been screwed and a lawyer. Big companies like this should not be allowed to rip people off and get away with it.

Delivered my package to the wrong place. This has happened two times so far, I’m about done with ordering anything online if this is going to keep happening.
