Id leave a zero if I could. As a small business owner, I appreciate customer service. This place doesnt have any. Tried sending a small package to a REPEAT customer. Package came back almost a month later. Said issue with address. To an address I verified was CORRECT. They would not resend or refund. This place sucks. USPS, or Fed Ex is superior. Believe the negative reviews of this place over the positive. I tried to be nice, was not reciprocated. Will never give them or UPS my business again.UPDATE!!: I dropped off my package with USPS, same address, half the price. Delivered in 3 days. My review from above stands.

In person, the customer service was neutral - they did their job. The tracking number on my receipt did not work for online tracking, which is concerning for an overnight, expensive package. Trying to call the store for assistance and not sure what happened, but after 10+ minutes of back to back attempts to get through, never spoke to someone. There was no option to go to voicemail or be directed to an 800 number, just seems like youre getting hung up on. Id recommend they get an automated message set up if you arent going to be able to take calls.

They have such a friendly, and helpful staff! Today it was raining and I didn’t want to have to get my baby out of the car, Miguel came and got the packages out of my front seat to save us time! May seem like a small gesture, but it made a HUGE impact on this new mom! Thank y’all so much!

Worst Customer service I have ever had.I got a laptop shipped from my work location and they missed my delivery(the delivery guy did not even come to the address). I called them and asked if I can come to the store and pick it up. They said they don’t have any info on the driver, nor the package and if I had paid them they would call him and inquire.They run a big business but they don’t know how to treat a customer at all.

Ive been doing a decent amount of business with this location but have decided to stop until they no longer require a mask.Theres no longer a state mandate and Ive been vaccinated. If you could tell me when you plan on lifting your mask requirement (to show theres at least some sort of plan in place) I might consider coming back.

I dropped off some Amazon returns there and nearly a month later they had still not been sent. The tracking number they gave me showed that it is still at the facility. I called once and was told it was not their problem, to call Amazon. I called a second time and was told that they wait until they have a box full of Amazon returns and then send them so it will still be awhile. Will not be using this UPS store again.

I came to this store on the 20th of April to send out a package of a pair of shoes that I sold online. The shoes arrived at the it’s destination on the 22nd and after a few days the person that received the package sent me an email informing me that there wasn’t any shoes in the box and that there was only a record player of some sort that was inside. If the people that worked at the store actually boxed up the shoes to be sent off how could there only be a record player inside and not shoes? Someone that works at this store stole my package. Jesus said that he couldn’t access the cameras and only the owner of the store can do that but he then told me that he couldn’t give me any contact information for the owner of the store. Not a number to call or even an email. So basically I can’t do anything about the situation.

The staff at this location are rude. I called in to find out where a package was that I had walked into the store personally and no one would tell me anything. The person on the phone stated that all the packages had shipped, but never once asked for the tracking number. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told to hang on a second and then the SAME person came on the phone only to say Like the other guy told you, it isnt here. How do you know its not there if you dont even ask for a tracking number? At this point, I asked for a corporate number and was given some random number that didnt have anything to do with UPS at all. Poor customer service, youre better off just using USPS or Fedex!

Absolutely worst experience. The person at the counter did not even know how to check his emails? Tried sending the same label 5 times! And finally when i sent the picture that too was not easy to print; required couple of tries! No sense of urgency to help a customer waiting in line. Worst experience!

Unbelieveable!!! Employees walking in and out of the building unloading a truck with no mask. Why do i have to wear one?!? Complete hypocrisy! Willingly brain dead imcompetence that prefers to harass and degrade strangers in public over actually managing their own employ. I will be back and NO im not going to cover my face.

NEVER LEAVE ITEMS WITHOUT RECEIPT in this UPSAlways ask for receipt from them. Do not drop Amazon return without receipt. it happed to me two time, they did not send items to Amazon, i called them asked several times about my items, they said we can not do any thing since you dont have receipt. I walked into the UPS store today to make an Amazon return. I did not have a face mask on. I told them that I would just drop off the package and go. I explained that I have a medical condition and can’t wear a mask. I was told to leave their store. At that moment, there was another customer in the store wearing his face mask on his chin. I asked about that and was told to leave the store. Then I used my hand to cover my mouth and was told it wasn’t acceptable. (They literally threatened to call the police.) So I left. I returned a few minutes later after finding a mask in my car. When I walked in, the manager was also entering the store. He had no face mask on. When I asked why, I was told by another associate that, “He is the manager.” The whole thing was completely ridiculous.

I arrived at this UPS Store a little after 4:00 this afternoon. There were two lines going out the door with people standing on the sidewalk. After being in line for 18 minutes, only two people in the line on the right and one person in the line on the left finished their transaction. There were approximately 7+ people in line ahead of me when I walked out without shipping my packages; and in the time I was there at least 5 others walked out before they were helped.There were three employees behind the counter and a man who I presume is the manager or franchise owner walking around directing people where to stand and directing the employees on what to do. None of the employees seemed adept or even prepared/trained to do their job.I understand that UPS has seen a major increase in store visits since Amazon partnered with them for their no box, no label returns, and I also understand that with the holidays there will be an increase in foot traffic. This experience today is similar to MANY I have had in this store over the last several months. The store is in no way prepared to handle the amount of people seeking their services. If I must visit an actual UPS store in the future, I am certain I will save time by driving over 5 miles further (and 15 minutes longer) to the UPS Store in Rogers to do business.

There was no signage on the door about requiring masks to be worn. Nor is there a city-wide policy in Bentonville (like there is in Fayetteville). But when I walked in, I was required to go back to my car and get a mask before anyone would do anything for me. Even though I was already in the building, they wouldnt even let me just drop my package on the table for someone else to pick up. There was only one other customer in the building at the time and 4-5 employees working, so any one of them could have easily picked it up. It was very frustrating.

I brought a reference number from Dyson to the young girl at the counter and she told me the number was incorrect. She said the number should begin with a 1z and she can’t help me. I went home and called Dyson. The Dyson customer service said the UPS young lady is incorrect. So I called UPS in Fayetteville and they took the time and helped me. A lot of time was wasted going to the bentonville store where they are obviously not trained. I will now take the extra time and mileage on the road and go to Fayetteville where they came for great customer service.

The employees are rude and condescending. This store does not take accountability for any of their actions. They charge obnoxious fees for this FedEx does free (like printing a label you provide them).They destroy merchandise and refuse to honor the insurance.Time after time, this place is horrible. There isnt a single employee who has an ounce of focus on customer experience.Save yourself time and money, go to FedEx.

Jake is excellent at his job. Went in to ship one box and he did the task in excellent time, and completely accurate to the T. It was clear he knew what he was doing. Had great communication skills as well. Was in and out of the store without time dragging by as it often does at the post office or other shipping stores. Other fellow with dark skin and black hair was doing a swell job as well but I wasnt in his line. A+ guys! Even the gentleman retrieving and loading packages in the truck was super efficient at his job. Give these guys a raise!

I went to bring in 2 packages and use the account I have with UPS to pay for it and they refuse to process since there are independent franchise and dont accept packages unless you pay them directly. Why they allowed to have a UPS logo on the building it makes no sense it is gonna be just a mailbox service that it needs to state that

Notary is unreliable. Staff and website communicated that the best way to get something notarized is to book an appointment online. Showed up for an appointment and no one was there to help us. Called to discuss the incident with manager and he wasnt very apologetic or willing to take responsibility for their lack of service. I would not recommend this location. The Rogers, AR location was much more helpful.

Stopped on the way to work to mail Christmas packages and waited until 7:45am for someone to open up. They are supposed to open at 7:30am and there was already a long line of people needing to ship stuff out. You’d think the week before Christmas they would open on time! Save yourself the trouble and go to Fedex, they have better hours.

Get a receipt and dont trust these guys when they say Weall handle it.Apparently being a franchised store is an excuse for incompetence and poor customer service. Who would think a logistics company could lose track of a package between the counter and the back door?I dropped off an already labeled package during a busy time and was ensured that it would be handled. Three days later the package is nowhere to be found and the employees at the store say they cant help me because it was a drop off and they are not a corporate store. I was told when a package is scanned it just lets the driver know how many to pick up. So the scan st the store simply creates a record of plus one nothing that actually tracks your package. Furthermore I was told that some drivers scan the packages and some just take them to a distribution center and they should get scanned there. Or at least that was the case to his knowledge. How do you lose a 2 foot, 10 pound box?

I find their customer service very good. I have a mailbox there. When they see me come in and I have a package, they already have the package ready for me before I even pull the notice out of my mailbox. They are always courteous and always say hello with a smile.

I truly wish I could give a minus star rating. This is how terrible this place is.Had a package that was not delivered . Notice on door said to pick up from this location. I go to pick it up and the guy behind the counter wont even look for the package! Said its on the truck and to wait until the next day. Next day no attempted delivery, nothing. Again, go to location to pick up package. Rude beyond belief.Had the original notice that was left on the door, gave it to the same jerk behind the counter. I get my package and am attempting to leave the store. Again, after I gave him the original receipt and he demands to see my ID.Before I can give it to him he SNATCHES the package out of my hands. Says I cant have it until I show ID.. I was fully prepared to show ID. I was not prepared to be treated as a criminal..Have to go back it to make a return because I I a PRE PAID shipping label.i just wanted an envelope so I can return it.NO UPS envelopes, but I can purchase packaging from them. Ummm...really? You seriously think I want to purchase ANYTHING from you?If you are mean and rude to people they have a tendency not to want to do business with you.One would think UPS would set higher standards to the people they franchise to.It is unfortunate that this is the only UPS store in the area.Use the US Post office or FedEx. I verified that their hours started that day at 7:30 ahead of time. Showed up at 7:45, and the doors were locked and no one was around. Their sign also said 7:30. I waited around for a bit, saw no one open up, and had to leave for work. UPS not being able to keep up with their own hours is just frustrating.

Horrible. I called to confirm a notary was available all day. Got to store, albiet 30 mins before close on a Saturday, and was told by the notary that he only notarizes until 1pm (2 hours before close), and would only notarize one document since I didnt have an appointment... And I needed 2 documents signed. Maybe I wouldve scheduled an appointment if they had answered the phone in the 12 minutes I tried calling before walking in the door! But seriously, there was no hello or anything when they answered the phone; just a thanks for calling ups, hold please, then immediate silence... twice. Additionally, its a good thing I checked the form while I was still in the store, because he didnt even sign it! He said that yes, he was available all day, but that didnt mean he signed things all day. I dont consider that as having notary services available, as the sign in the store stated. Inconvenient and non-customer focused policy. Ive never left a store more shaking angry. Inexcusable treatment.

Had a really bad experience here. Needed to get something notarized, so called and asked when the notary took lunch. Staff said from 12:30-1:30. So I get there at 11:15, and the notary is out at the bank. A little frustrating but I come back at 12:15. Staff tells me notary takes lunch from 12:00-1:30. I explain that I called earlier and was told that he takes lunch from 12:30-1:30, and staff denies ever saying that and begin to get rude with me. I leave and get my document notarized at Arvest Bank in five minutes for a cheaper rate. Wont ever do business at this particular store again.

I had a terrible experience! My Mothers Day card was sent to the wrong location. Which accidents happen, but when I called they wouldnt make it right. The card never showed up, and Ive made 4 attempts to call and get this fixed. Obviously the customer service part of this branch isnt important. Fed ex here I come!

This place has TERRIBLE service !!!!!!!!!!! Called to inquire about a mailbox as I am relocating to the area for work. Was immediately put on hold, for 16 minutes!!! Called back 3 times to only receive a busy signal. While I was on hold I had the opportunity to read all the negative reviews on this place. Someone should open a shipping store right next door that truly knows how to service business customers. Would be a gold mine!!!!!
