Starbucks is Starbucks. What is there to say? But the staff here are super friendly and helpful when you cant decide what to order and cant remember what the drink sizes are called.

Very good! We stop here a lot on our way home from Little Rock to Hot Springs. I drank mine before I could get a picture, lol.

It was my first time and they treated me very well. Even helped me a bit on directions. Definitely would recommend this place. The food was amazing.

Ordered a double chocolate chip Frappuccino, and I got a caramel Frappuccino with chocolate chips. This is like the 4th time my order has been wrong at this location. Think I need to find a new Starbucks as the employees at this one are apparently unable to make a basic drink.

Always very friendly staff whenever Im in there. Drinks are always what I want and if I order ahead they are ready by the time I get there. Never have a single complaint. Super clean and a good place to do work or study.

Definitely the slowest Starbucks in Arkansas hands down. Waited 20min in line and wasnt even halfway through the line. Im a fairly patient guy but geez. What a waste

If youre looking for something sweet and delicious order a, Shaken Expresso, with white mocha and sweet cream mixed in, with caramel drizzle.

Ok, Im not a huge fan of Starbucks but he wanted to go. It was super busy and I just wanted to be home but the line went quick, the guy on the speaker was super polite and funny as heck when we pulled up to the window. Our order came out fast and was accurate. His drink was delicious and my pink drink was out of this world. I had never had it before.

Too bad you can’t give a zero. Poorly managed and staffed . Staff get hostile when they get your order wrong . Probably good that they eliminated mobile orders since the staff is so painfully slow and condescending

Great Starbucks. Friendly staff and never a long wait. They are really fast. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I can not order ahead and pick it up at this location.

Corinna is their best employee they have. No matter what happens shes always working the hardest and friendly to every customer no matter how they treat her. If you see a redhead on bar making drinks you can trust its going to be exactly what you want and how you ordered it.

Slowest location in the state. i’ve been in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and i’ve moved maybe 2 or 3 times… don’t come here if you have things to do! i’ll never come back!

In the last two weeks the drink I order, cafe mocha hasnt had any mocha in it. If it does then not the original Starbucks recipe. 3 times in the last two weeks. Early morning is when I go about 6:45.

Very slow, very dirty , never get an order correct.

Can just never seem to get my order right. I trusted they did it right this time, but yet again they failed... I tried calling, no one answered... I give up... The people are pleasant, but some retraining is needed or an up to date screen through drive through is needed, so people can verify their order is correct, because there is a lot of miscommunication.

Great employees and drinks.. Their season drink the peppermint Moca thing is amazing it taste just like a peppermint patty its yummy. Would definitely recommend because even with all this going on in the world they still was fast at getting our drinks and really sweet.

Great coffee as always

My husband and I have attempted to like this location but it’s very difficult. Every single time we have come (which let’s be honest is too many to count) they mess up our coffees so badly. It’s never consistent, and when we went yesterday there was actual espresso grounds in my drink. Like, enough to make the drink grainy. I don’t know how this is possible as I know most of their espresso equipment is totally automatic, but it happened. We didn’t want to come to this location due to all the stuff that’s happened in the past, but the location nearest to us shut down unexpectedly for a corona outbreak among local baristas. As it was once again not worth it, we regretted making this trip instantly.The remainder of this review is in reference to my past experience with this store, prior to coronavirus. The indoor seating is incredibly limited and crowded together, but somehow it’s always packed. So it’s not only bursting with a lot of people in such a small space, but it’s LOUD. The bathrooms are hidden behind the merchandise wall, and I feel like the baristas judge the people who use them as you have to walk right past them and the bar to squeeze back there. Generally the bathrooms are kept clean, but just like with everything, it could be better. The outdoor seating is also quite limited and fenced in, as the drive thru usually has cars backed up all around it. Not pleasant in the slightest.In a nutshell, my husband and I will likely not be back to this location due to all of the negative experiences we’ve endured here, and we recommend the management to retrain their baristas.

The cashier at the window was super friendly and though they were obviously very busy and trying to get the coffee made quickly he consistently made conversation that was meaningful and made the time pass quickly! Great job, wish I caught his name!

Barista knew EXACTLY what this newcomer wanted AND needed. Drink blended to PERFECTION.

They have straws and napkins out, But no condiments.Does not make sense.

Perhaps the good people at Chick Fil A could teach these people how to efficiently run a drive through so that their line doesn’t back out into the Frontage Road. Upon my entry into the restaurant after deciding that I didn’t want to risk my car getting hit from sitting in a drive through gridlock, I was completely ignored and a customer that walked in several minutes after me was serviced. Avoid this location at all costs.

Coffee is important. Starbucks makes it and we all can drink it. Sometimes they are closed. Those times suck.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The coffee was fine the people pleasant but whether it is mobile order or drive thru you should expect your order to take 20-30 min to make. No matter what day or time it is.

My cappuccino was 3/4 foam, all the sugar was still in the bottom. It was a completely terrible experience with the wait. Being my first time to have ever had starbucks I wont judge all on the actions of a couple.

Its a Starbucks. Not the best coffee youve ever had but definitely not the worst.

We went to Starbucks around 9:45 am today (12/21/2020) and it’s was our mother’s birthday. We told the guy at the window it was her birthday and he sang happy birthday then proceeded to ask questions. He asked “what is it like to have your birthday so close to Christmas.” And then “how was your gifts like as a kids growing up, oh wait you might now remember that far back.” Then he proceeds to laugh. It’s was extremely rude and he started hooting and hollering about the rude comment he made to our mother. Very embarrassing. And it hurt our mother really bad she been upset all day on her birthday!!!

I always come here after work. Previous times I’ve called to make sure what time they close that way I don’t waste a drive. But today I pull up and it’s 10:24pm and they had a car parked in the drive thru to block anyone from coming through. I didn’t understand why if they close at 11. Tried calling them multiple times but no answer.

Pretty busy, but line moved along fast ,coffee was excellent

After driving 10 hours with two more to follow we needed some coffee. We placed our order via the Starbucks app, donned our mask, zipped in and it was ready to go. The staff were wearing masks and the coffee tasted so good. Awesome!

This is my neighbor and I want them to be amazing and I want to say amazing things about them. Unfortunately, you cannot go through this drive thru without waiting at least 20 minutes, only to be yelled at by the order taker. I’m sure they are under stress, but I’m hoping them can work out whatever is so very wrong, because no one deserves to be under so much stress at 6 am.

Although pretty busy, the baristas were still polite and acknowledged each customers existence and worked quickly to get everyone taken care of as quick as possible.

Took far to long to get thru drive thru

Wonderfully delicious... We stopped by this time last year and they were closed because well... They were building it 🤗So a year later we get to try it... Did not disappoint!

We need another location. Workers are overwhelmed. Parking lot for the drive thru isnt big enough customers can not get out after purchase because of rude drive thru customers. I arrived at the of my online pick up order. I waited 10 minutes for my coffee after I arrived. No one was calling out names for the coffee sitting on the counter. 8 people were waiting. Some of their coffee was just waiting for them but was cold because the workers never communicated with customers. Another drive thru location in Benton or bryant would help customer flow and traffic

Great service, and was delicious.

Every Saturday, my wife makes me take her to Starbucks even though Im not a coffe drinker. Normally theyre pretty quick with getting the orders out. However, lately the service has been painfully slow and to top it off theyve gotten our orders wrong. Not sure why that is happening but Im interested in finding out if other customers are experiencing the same issue.

The staff is very friendly, but the last 3 times Ive been there, my order has been wrong. With as much as I pay here, Id really like to get what I ordered. Probably wont be visiting this location for a while.

This place is junk, dirty restrooms , can’t get an order right ever . Snotty staff and the slowest Starbucks in the history of mankind.

Went during the rush on the weekend, everyone kept their cool even when other customers felt like their lives were in jeopardy because they had to wait an extra 10 mins for their little drink. Keep up the good work over there, your hard work is definitely noticed.

You want great customer service? Place to converse with one another. Need somewhere to hook up to WiFi and study or do Homework. This is the perfect spot. Amazing service and the best coffee to keep your day going or wake you up.

Everyone here is always so wonderful, so helpful, and they truly make an effort to get to know their customers. This is absolutely my store, and the only Starbucks that I patronize.

The baristas were working so hard to get everyones order put quickly despite being flooded with orders. My drink was perfect

My brother and I both did mumble orders. When we got there his was ready but I had to wait 20 min for my first drink. Another 10 min for my second and another 10 for my last drink so 40 min total wait. Needless to say my brother had finish his drink already. Just bad service

I stop by here on my way from Hot Springs to Little rock for a flight I was taking. Very friendly and quick service.The place is easily seen from the service road and has parking as part of the shopping village area.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Starbucks is smart to build a barrier so you can’t get out. Pulled up to the window- employee was friendly but none of the five people in view appeared to be in too big a hurry. Hopefully this isn’t the norm and the store is short staffed.

My favorite go-to place for crafted coffee beverages. I have cut back a lot on my visits though due to rising prices. I use to go most every day, but now just as a treat.

This location is so close to my home that I stop by at least once a week. It can get busy so I suggest mobile order for days that you need to get in and out quickly. The quality of my order is always excellent! My only complaint is that they aren’t always paying attention and don’t talk to me during most of my pick-ups (even a quick thanks). I’ve been a barista, and I always tried to make everyone feel welcomed!

Went there 5 minutes before they closed earlier tonight walking because my car broke down 2 miles down the freeway warm night i was covered in sweat dehydrated and exhausted an employee named Brandy answered my knock at the window very nice didnt turn me away I explained my situation and she gladly gave me 2 large cups of water i was so grateful that i got her name and wrote this review just for her. I felt so much better thanks to this very kind young lady. Very courteous professional and quick lol. Great worker :)

Im biased since I live nearby, but this is the best Starbucks in the world, in my humble opinion. I travel a lot for work and have been to numerous locations around the country and beyond, and this one has, by far, been the best. Celia, Amber, and the other workers there on the early shift always have me well taken care of every morning on the way to work. If it werent for the quality of service they provide, Im not sure it would be as big of a morning ritual for me otherwise. Keep up the good work!

The second worst experience with Starbucks, with 4 people in the store, why does it take 20 minutes for 1 Americano, 1 regular dark roast, and why do i have to explain what a Red Eye is 3 times!?Never again.
