Anne, at the Cooley Road location, is THE person to see when you have questions. Not only does she have the required knowledge to answer, she takes the time to look deeper and provide answers to questions you didnt even think to ask. Highly recommend.

Paint is absolutely beautiful and excellent quality, excellent customer service and very fast service.

I have bought paint exclusively from SW for years but will rethink my next trip after going in on Saturday. I had a couple of questions and the female working there that I had to speak with was wearing her mask under her nose and actually had it barely covering her top lip. This isnt the time to get lazy, other places are doing a much better job of following Covid restrictions.

Lots of waiting even though I was the only person in line. Distancing and masks not being used properly - maybe because the store doesnt have AC. Very stingy with stir sticks. I had to beg in order to get three sticks for the two gallons of paint I purchased. I will be returning when I need more paint, however. S-W paint is the best!!!

I brought a at of MinWax wood stain sample in on Tuesday to have a couple gallons matched. They told me it would be a few days, because it is harder to match then paint. I was fine to wait thought hopefully it would be done by the weekend.Called Thursday. Not done. Called Saturday. Not done. Called Wednesday, today. Over a week later. No one knew anything about my request. Not in the computer. I guess 1 lady(the only one who knew, even though there were 2 guys who took it when I dropped it off) was working on the stopped. I can have her start today. How long will it take? I dont know...I am unhappy with the lack of communication. If you were too busy to help, just tell me and I will buy it online....

I have been in numerous times as I have tried to figure out the color I wanted for my walls, and every time he has provided great service. I have finished painting the walls in my home and I love the color that I finally decided on. Thank you Rick!

I came in the store 3 days before coming back to purchase & the service person didnt recommend getting paint samples. When I came back and purchased I was oversold and have double the amount needed when I had the exact measurements of the 2 bedrooms, hall & bathroom. So great I got 40% off of the order but paid double what I needed and cant return it. Thanks

Excellent service, especially for a Sunday. Offered to carry the 4 gallon order to my car. Helpful and not condescending to someone not extremely familiar with sheen and types etc. Ideally you have a coupon which helps paint prices be more affordable.

Lower everyday prices. You are the most expensive paint I have ever seen. You are a little over double what most other paints cost. I started using your harmony for the zero VOCs but now I can get the same thing in Other brands for $25-$33 where as yours is $63.99
