Absolutely by far the best paint store in Bend Oregon

I want to say thank you to certain members of this staff at this Bend Miller Paint Store. Thank you. Kelly, Greg, Bob, Jake glad you are apart of this team.The store is clean, organized and the staff is good. The selection is big and they have always been able to provide to me what I am looking for. This store goes the extra mile for each of its customers and their experience shows, its reasons I keep coming back to this stores location.I come in here anytime I have a project to do. This staff knows their stuff. I like to know who I am working with whenever I shop anywhere.A few things I did notice employee Mike was talking to a colleague and then a client the last few times I was in there and I over heard him discussing his personal life with them. Not the appropriate place for this ever to happen at the work place in front of customers and he was Not assisting customers. {minus 1 star}.Nick was outside smoking cigarettes talking to a client and Not helping customers. {minus 1 star}.I did however get helped though by Jake and I was very pleased and impressed by him for his kind assistance, understanding of what I was looking for and he finished my order quickly. Thank You again Miller Paint.Update:Thank you for all wearing masks. This means a lot to me.Last time in, was this week.Received stellar service and from Kelly and Jake this trip in. Their level of service is what I have come to expect from Miller.The Manager Patrick. Bad mood or whatever it was, he was very short tempered, cocky towards me and I could see he just wanted me out of the store. Its like he had more important things on his mind or to otherwise do. So I am removing another {1 star}.Whatever the reason of the specific few employees who obviously had issues, for acting as much as drama queens. They need it to leave it at their own doorstep at home and not bring it into their work environment. It shows those individuals have lack of patience and maturity for the greater good. Its a paint store, not a whole lot goes into making it function.I will continue to update this when neccessary.

I purchase all my paint and products from Miller paint for all 6 of my apartment complexes. Best place for matching paints and stains.

I agree with the one stars. Those statements are similar to experiences I had. Products are all subpar to competitors and the same can be said for the service and knowledge.

Update:Most recent experience was disaster.(My experiences are my own)Changing to one star. IDK if I will go back.I felt they also were not taking my own health serious. Use the PPE and stay clean.(Experiences in June 2020)Been in here multiple times over many years, frequent repeat customer. Was in there recently this current summer many times. Each employee was kind, attentive, very helpful and are well knowledgeable staff. Even for the newer employees I didnt recognize from times before. Very Professional. Thank you, you made my experience great. I will return. Thanks also to the new guys.This is the store I prefer of the three in Central Oregon.My reason for the lack of Stars was for employee Nick and Mike. Who have both been there a while. They seemed preoccupied, their attitudes, their demeanor and it made me feel uncomfortable.Ive seen the longer term employees get overwhelmed and it be stressful and be quite a lot of pressure for them. Greg and (Mgr) Patrick are two other of the longer term employees. This store is regularly busy from open to close, its the biggest and busiest of all the 3 stores in this area.These employees can not handle the stress and fast pace environment professionally.Updated:Maybe there is something...In believing Malina Fisher, Rich Sayre and others, (with discretion on own experiences). My own experiences with this store are solely my own.

(0 stars) After mixing the wrong color of paint and charging us $200, we were not given a refund, nor given the paint. We bring a LOT of buisness to Miller Paint stores in Bend and Redmond and we are extremely disappointed with the lack of decency and will never be visiting this store again. I highly reccomend driving to the Redmond Miller Paint, it is worth it!

Super service! I called on my way in at 2:27. They close at three on Saturdays. I made it within a few minutes. My order was all ready for me. I was back in Sunriver by 3:30. Gilbert was on his game. Carried my stain out for me. GREAT SERVICE!

This place is my favorite paint shop in Bend. Staff are friendly, helpful and fast, and dont mind going out of their way to answer questions and make adjustments to custom paints

Went in on a Saturday looking for paint for my basement floor. Waited quite awhile for some guy named Mark to make an appearance and help me. Told him what I needed and how I planned to approach it he gave me a disdainful look, told me it would be a utter failure and started marching off with his back to me to the proper paint lecturing me on how it supposed to be done in a condescending tone. I walked out. Life is too short and I value my Saturday too much to be talked down to like Im a moron. I went to Lowes and as low knowledge as some of their staff are they were kind and helpful. I own multiple rentals, do some housing development and always tried to support a NW brand in Miller. No longer.PS My approach and the paint from Lowes worked fine, the expert from Miller was completely wrong!!!

Ive always bought all my paint and supplies from Denfeld. My wife went to store for me to pick up some items and the employee that helped her was very rude and unwilling to help her with questions she had. Unwilling to help match paint colors etc.. very disappointed, probably will not go back!
