This location wanted to charge me $60 to pick up 4 small packages that we had shipped via UPS to this location. FedEx and USPS do not charge to pick up packages that you ship to them if you use them as the carrier. We cannot support UPS and do not recommend them because of this.

I won’t blame the UPS staff for sending my urgently required post to IRS to an incomplete address. But they seemed confident enough to post it and charge me $40 for the premium service. Nor were they willing to try and find an alternative address. Not their job they told me. Next stop FedEx. My last stop here.

Thank you UPS! I have been grateful for this place ever since they opened up. Today Lita went above and beyond! She was incredibly helpful providing a price estimate for a large item then creatively assisting me to wrap it. She’s an absolute gem and packing genius. Thank you so much Lita!

This store is the closest to my home but sadly I would prefer to go to the main hub on Boyd Acres. The service here is terrible and the staff is just flat out rude. We have had issues with packages being stolen off our porch. To avoid this on high value shipments I have instead had them delivered to the UPS store - a service provide by and recommended by UPS for these type of issues. So I redirect my delivery to the Century store and received a notification from UPS that my package is ready to pickup at 10:14am. Around 4:30pm that day I am at Safeway and pop over to get my package. The girl at the counter rudely informs me that they have no package for me. I show her the notification she rolls her eyes and says, That is a corporate thing we dont usually get them checked in same day they are delivered. why didnt you just have it delivered to your house? You will have to check back tomorrow Slightly irritated and not in the mood to argue I leave and come back the next day still no package, I ask a new girl to please check. Another eye roll and huffy walk off. She returns with my package and mumbles something about it not getting scanned in and sign. If this was an isolated occurrence I would move on but it has happened multiple times, I have no idea why they cant check in packages within a few hours of receiving them. They are in the delivery business - this should be a priority not an inconvenience. This could all be overlooked if the staff was pleasant or even mildly nice. The eye rolling and annoyed looks are standard practice whether you are shipping or picking up. Give yourself a better day and go down the street to pack, ship and more where the staff happily accepts your packages with absolutely no attitude.

RUDE. Unnecessarily aggressive about formal vs nicknames when picking up items. Unhelpful, nasty and passive aggressive. It’s near my house so convenient but consistently an unpleasant experience.

They have special rules contradicting what they will ship vs UPS. They would not ship a shotgun barrel. We were not trying to ship an entire gun. There was no sign stating this.

Got an email that my package was ready for pickup at this location. Got there and they said it would be another hour and a half before I could get it.

This store is very convenient and the staff is super helpful. I had a couple of very large packages to send out and they made it quick and easy!

The staff are friendly and service oriented. The remember my common mail addresses which is so helpful. It is so much easier to go into their store than the post office for sure!

I use these guys all the time. Hands down my favorite UPS Store. Super friendly and very fast - and right next to a Starbucks :-)

We use this UPS almost weekly for all types of reasons. What we like most are the team of employees that always smile when you walk in! Always! And Aiyanna is the best of the best ... so PROFESSIONAL!

Was a simple drop off return package but the lady at the register was not very friendly at first, kind of like she was just unhappy. I exchanged with her and then she was pleasant.

I used to go to this store any time I needed something mail oriented. Then they decided to start charging just to drop packages off.

Delivered my phone to the wrong place did nothing to resolve
