Robbie and the team over there at i3Dmfg had fast and thorough communication. That and a willingness to meet virtually with us resulted in a fast start to finish for us. I3D has been a very responsive supplier to our development program Communications and collaboration on this project, with both standard and new high strength steel alloys, has been very good and they have been very transparent about issues that arose. These are complex parts that push the capabilities of the AM machines. Looking forward to seeing their expanded new manufacturing facility in Redmond OR.

Poor quality craftsmanship and customer service.

I asked for a 1mm print on my product. Without analyzing the product they suggested a 1.5 mm print to bulk it up. I accepted their professional opinion thinking it wouldnt make much of a difference... I received the product, it was heavy and unrealistic. I had given them all the step files needed to print the product. They did zero engineering. I requested a reprint or 50% refund and they wouldnt even hear me out. Erin and Robbie are not competent when working with customers, were rude and ungrateful to small businesses trying to make a useable product to demo for future sales. Never go to this company, unless youre willing to waste a bunch of money on faulty suggestions that they will not take responsibility for.
