Dominic at arclight has helped me multiple times. Had a problem with the table and i fix it and they reimbursed me for it. They are excellent on customer care. I am very late to leave a positive review. It should be done two years ago. I am very happy to have 9600 pro unit in my shop. As a certified welder I could not do what I have done in my shop as for cutting a lot of 1/2” and 3/4” plates. I got all the help I could get from the best guys setting in arclight dynamics office. Thank You so much. It is lucrative assets to have.

I have been running my 5x10 Arc Pro for exactly a year now. I have had zero major issues. I had one bearing go bad, and had new one on my doorstep the following day. Arclight Dynamics customer support is second to none. They are knowledgeable, fast, and professional. I have zero regrets with my purchase and hope to upgrade to an Arc Max if I ever wear this one out.

Ive run other manufacturers tables in the past and Arclight Dynamics is definitely one of the easiest to run. It also has the most standard features and the options are reasonably priced. It was delivered on time and took less than an hour to setup and make my first cut. The only thing better than my Arclight table is their customer service.

We bought our table about two months ago now. We love it. Havent shut it off yet. The customer service is awesome. Had a couple little hickups (mostly our blunders causing them). Both times I called someone picked up right away excellent knowledge and super friendly. Thanks for the awesome customer support.

I have never had such good customer service! Everyone was so considerate and understanding when a couple of old birds were not as computer savy as they should be. The class they offer at the shop was very informative. We were made to feel as though we were the only thing that mattered to them that day! I love the videos and support offered online. Love our CNC Plasma Machine. We drove half the night to arrive by noon to pick up our new machine. The guys were great in getting it loaded into the rental truck to bring it home. Just wish there were here to help unload it. Weve had our machine for a while, now and it is amazing what we can do with it. We are planning to start a small home business with it. Weve owned an Arclight table for 7 months and its been a game changer! The online resources from Arclight are extremely useful. The few times weve had to call with questions the staff has always been nice and has the answer we need.

I had two other plasma tables before I purchased my table from Arclight Dynamics. I had purchased a Plasma cam system and a Tracker system.Thank God I decided to see what else was out there, I wanted to get something close to home since the last two purchases were from other states And I had to buy sight unseen.I drove to bend to see the machine before I decided to purchase, and needless to say I was very impressed with what I saw. What a fantastic Company to work with when you encounter any problems. I have gotten a person almost every time I have called (except when I forgot about the time zone difference and they were closed). They are able to work through the problem quickly and efficiently. We went to the 4 hour training and learned so much. By going it makes it easy to call and get tech support because you know who is actually on the other end and they know you personally.The machine is working like a charm. It is perfect for any kind of fabricator, from weekend warrior to heavy use fab shop. It is so simple to use and does amazingly intricate work. I LOVE THIS TOOL in my high school shop.

Arclight Dynamics is a wonderful company to do business with! They have saved our business a lot of money by being able to make our own parts for our custom fabricated products (bumper, roll cages, double decker wagons, etc.). We have also been able to expand our business and added a variety or product lines such as custom made signs and key chain holders. Purchased my 4x8 table in January of this year to enhance my fabrication and powdercoating business, over the last 6 years Ive aways relied on others to help me with the cutting aspect, so when I finally decided it was time to make the investment for my own table, I did what it seemed like endless looking, talking, researching and came to the conclusion that Arclight Dynamics was going to give me the most bang for my hard earned bucks, which is exactly what I told the rep from Plasma Cam the day that I ordered my Arclight table as he had called me to followup with my decision.I have nothing but positive experiences with my table, I am learning more each day, but the most important thing to me is the customer service that I receive each time that I call with a question.These guys are super helpful with any question, concern that I may have, its not unusual for Scott {the owner} to answer the phone and answer my question.My 9 year old ran his first cut the other day from,pulling up the file, opening sheet cam, running the g code, to opening mach and positioning the torch.I have taught him what Ive learned from the videos that are supplied.If your shopping for a table to start or enhance your business you need to look extremely hard at Arclight Dynamics for Quality tables and support that in my opinion cannot be beat,Thank you Scott for your commitment for building a quality table, and putting a staff together that is 2nd to none.Thanks AgainScott WIlliamsKolor Inc.
