Its a small quite store. The pharmacy closes down completely for lunch. The hours seem to change on when. Slow moving pharmacy with only a one person check out. They do have self check out, which is nice. Their bakery is nice, good variety. Love there flower selection. Cute little flower section has beautiful arrangements. All in all a nice clean store.

I have had a New elderly female checker named Jo three times recently. She is incompetent, confused and deathly slow. I am limited in how long I can stand. Today she took over 20 min. to process the person ahead of me because she couldn’t use the computer. Also, she was advised by another checker to call for a manager to help, not one showed up. As a Wagner’s/Albertson’s client for 67 years, I can never recall any checkers being so incapable as a checker.

I have enjoyed using the pick up option here. They never disappoint.

Love the discounts you get from the app at this store. Theyre tied together with Safeway and honor all the great coupons, promos and sales ad Safeway. The store itself is a little smaller than some of the other. But its always clean and very well stocked with the sale items

Never again will I spend my dollars in this Albertsons in Bend Oregon. When I arrived and entered the store, no carts. I asked an employee and he told me to go to the other entrance to get one. I did, but no carts at that entrance either. They I went to customer service and asked for a cart. A smart-alec female in that booth informed me that they are pretty busy in that store. There were 3 of us there asking for a cart. That lady does not belong in customer service and is a disgrace to Albertsons.I am a very disgruntled senior citizen who ended up going next door to Walmart where grocery carts were waiting for customer use.

Went there to buy fresh baked bread and bagels. Very few people there, but Wal Mart right next door quite a few people. Cant buy good bread at Walmart!

Ummmmmm, be VERY careful in the parking lot. My front end was totaled a couple months ago while I was shopping and I was almost T-boned the last time I was there by a huge truck pulling through the parking spots and not even looking left. Russian roulette in the parking lot, for sure, but that’s ODOT’s issue, otherwise I LOVE this store and their super friendly employees who treat customers like family.

Well stocked with a wide selection of grocery, dairy and meats. Conveniently located just east if the Bend Parkway and other stores.

Last 3 times I went there there has been an issue. First the shepherds pie that said beef on ingredients had chicken in it. Then the last two times the ‘fresh bread’ was just so old and falling apart as well as the seafood salad tasting old too and tainted by other products. Made me feel ill. I won’t shop at this location again if they can’t be bothered to keep things fresh.

My favorite store to shop at. Employees and shoppers are always friendly. They also have the BEST bakery in town that takes great pride in their work.

The staff are super friendly. Great quality in the products offered, but the layout of the store needs some work. Also, the huge starbucks at the front seem unnecessary and reduces the floor space dedicated to Albertsons products, which are somewhat limited in this store.

I just got back from Albertsons...found everything I needed, but forgot bananas, lol!I love shopping there!

I would give a 5 star because the people who work here are very nice but 4 star because of too many expired items or moldy bread left for customers to buy which isnt good.

Albertsons has got to be the best Supermarket Ive ever been to. Whether its in Oregon or California the experiences the same and it everything is laid out perfectly. Have fruits and vegetables or a well-maintained and stocked and the meat department has a good selection of Fish and Chicken and whatever your needs Maybe.

Stopped in for a couple of items while traveling. The store was clean yet felt dated and clutter. This was a well filled market. Produce appeared freash and looked good. Shelves were well maintained and very full Staff were friendly. Parking was openly available. Seems to be a good place for travelers to get some supplies.

Very nice grocery store in Bend! We were heading back to Portland and stopped to grab a few things for a picnic up in the mountains on our way home...star bucks, prime rib sandwiches, chips, and a slice of red velvet cake! Yum. Then we remembered Sisters Meat and Smokehouse in Sisters and stopped to add a cotto salami with pepper jack, olives, banana peppers, stone ground mustard on a toasted french roll. And they came with chips and baked beans! Lucci says, 5 flippin stars, baby!!

There was over 3 inches of ice through out the entire parking lot. It had not been plowed or scrapped today and probably not yesterday. I came very close to falling. Totally unacceptable. This store also is poorly stocked and maintained compared to the Safeway on 27thIt is the same company and maybe supervision should figure out why the conditions are so different

I was tired after Walmart shopping so I still needed meat, thought I would just run in real quick and get some hamburger and steak, The next day I went to package up my hamburger and it was already Brown and going bad... NEVER AGAIN
