I used to go to the Lush in Houston TX whenever I could, because the bathbombs were the best experience ever as far as the wonderful smells, biodegradable non-itchy glitter, and how soft my skin would feel after. I was thrilled when we got one in Bend, and this location is every bit as nice and helpful and friendly as the one I used to go to! Ive even started branching out from the bathbombs and into the hair care and perfumes, its a struggle to stick to any semblance of my budget when I go because I want to buy everything.

I havent been able to get over how great my experience was that I had at the Bend Lush store on 7/2/21. I went in just to look around, but the nicest associate helped me from start to finish. I wish I got her name, but employee #1007997 is the reason I will come back, super knowledgeable and great at her job, I will happily come back and spend more than my typical budget. She helped pick out specific products for my needs and as someone with social anxiety, she made it feel like I was hanging with a friend. Thank you to this employee! Glad to have a Lush here in Bend

I’ve come into this Lush store multiple times.The first time I came in, I was helped by Emma. She was not only professional and informative, but very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. She was intelligent and clear -it was an amazing first experience.Recently, I came in again, looking to change some stuff up with my products and was helped by Charlotte. Charlotte was not only vivacious, open, and all around extremely helpful, but she was also knowledgeable, intelligent, witty and professional.I was also helped by Kim and Jason that day.Another amazing experience.Every engagement my friends and I have had at your store has been positive. Your employees are professional, respectful, energized, open, and smart. 10/10, I’m very impressed.I love your products, and will keep coming, however it’s your employees that really make your store the great place it is.Know that all their customer service work and professionalism are huge assets to a customers’ overall experience in the store.Assets which do not go unnoticed by customers. I was skeptical at first, but after my second visit I was hooked! The associates are so kind! Not only were they attentive to my skin care needs, but they didnt skip a beat to offer safe samples to go, on products I was hesitant to try. (Jason/Charlotte)The variety in Lush is great, as well. The shop offers many products in similar scents that I really enjoy, and they last longer than you would think. I will definitely be in soon for more gifts and self care items!

My daughter and I and her boyfriend went to Lush. We had fun! So many wonderful fragrances, textures and treatment options. Even her boyfriend found a face wash that he wanted. And they had good COVID protocols.

I love Lush!!! I love their products, how they work with my sensitive skin, how they smell and feel, and how environmentally conscious they are!!

I went here for the first time as I needed a birthday gift for someone I hardly know but had to show up with something. The gentleman that helped me was wonderful! He set me up with a pre-wrapped gift set with one of their most popular scents. He was so helpful and nice, and the gal loved her gift. I will be back for sure!

Great little store with lots of unique soaps and lotions. I will say the staff was over the top in your face about wearing your mask. My wife wanted to smell a more on the expensive side bar of soap and the staff member said she wasnt allowed to smell it unless she kept ur mask on and completely covering her nose. Uhhhhh. Isnt the whole point to be able to smell your products to possibly purchase?? Not a good vibe, but oh well..... maybe we will come back some day...

Disappointed in the staff. A young man approached my family while shopping here to tell us that my barely 3 year old had to wear a mask. My 3 year old!!!. What started out as a friendly encounter got down right rude real quick. All of us were wearing masks except my toddler. We will never enter this store again and strongly suggest that others dont as well. Theres a difference in being cautious and strait up ridiculous. Read the mandate before embarrassing a family that is following the rules.
