I was really disappointed with my experience at this store, yesterday. I was so excited to walk in because where I moved to, there isnt a Bath & Body Works, and I hadnt been to one for 3 years. First off, I know how Limited Brands works. I worked at Victorias Secret for 5 years. I know they tell you to engage a lot. And I also know that they tell you to engage A LOT MORE when you think someone is stealing. Within my first few minutes of being in the store, only one person came up to me. They were helpful, I told them how excited I was to be in the store, and I moved a long. Then, another person approached me, and I thanked them, and moved along. They then started to follow me. It made me extremely uncomfortable, so I decided to move to a different part of the store. I also noticed employees looking at me and talking over the headsets. Then, I literally couldnt go one minute without having another employee ask me if I was finding everything alright. I was observant of how they treated other customers... nobody else was getting the same treatment. Soon, it became not only annoying, but uncomfortable, as I knew what they were thinking of me. I had a small backpack on, and it was on my back and closed. I dont know how they thought I was going to steal anything, and more importantly, I have no clue WHY. I was just so excited and happy to be there, and even if I hadnt known why they were harassing me so much, it would have still felt incredibly annoying. I went in, intending to take advantage of the sale, and to buy items that I hadnt had the opportunity to buy for years.... needless to say, they missed out on what would have been an almost $200 purchase because they made me feel like s**t. I dont intend to ever go back there. And I plan to contact corporate about my experience. Do better.

Good selection, store would benefit from a slightly larger space.

They change their lotions too often. Do away with steadfast products like Limoncello and Warm Vanilla ...

Staff is wonderful, kind and respectful. My daughters love this store.

If you love bath products in a full range of scents--from floral to spice to citrus and nature inspired, to just name a few, you will love this shop. Great place to find gifts in a moderate price range. They have fun seasonal scents (currently autumn--pumpkin spice, fall leaves) and a line of health inspired. Also a nice selection of candles, even those men could appreciate. There are often coupon specials that make things even more affordable. I highly recommend this shop as the scents are of a much higher quality than those found in most department stores.

I loved this B&BW because the entrance is outside. I have chronic migraines that are triggered by smells. So of course any time I go in Im taking my chances. But when theyre in locations like this one. I can get out quickly if I need to. Trying to get out of the ones that are located inside malls, is a nightmare for me. When trying to get out quickly, you have to walk through the mall to get out. Which you can almost expect to walk past people who bathe in perfume or cologne.

No one acknowledged me at the Bend Bath and Body Works when I was in the store shopping for lotions today. There were at least two sales girls there that I could identify and neither of them greeted me at any time or asked if I needed any assistance at all. I inadvertently tried a sample of body scrub on my hand thinking it was body lotion and I needed to get it off. I went looking around for help and there was no one but the girls behind the counter who would not look at me. They took painstakingly slow measure in talking to other customers. I finally found a sink with water and washed the scrub off myself. Still, no one says anything. I continued to shop, but I have no idea why at this point as I was being 100% ignored by this staff. I guess my money isnt good enough here? Im not worthy of being assisted with any customer service? Was it because I was outside of the typical age range shopping in the store, 13 to 17? Well, I hope my review of your attitudes is worthy of some additional customer service and courtesy training. Regardless...Ill never shop here again. Btw, I took my business to Oregon Bath and Body immediately after I left where I was treated with kindness and the utmost of respect. I had a large custom bottle of lotion made for me. They now have my forever business. Mic drop.

Im a former employee from about a year ago when they temporarily moved to remodel . Honestly when I was hired I wasnt informed until after I started working that I was on an on call basis, then when I called one Sunday to ask my manager if I was needed to come in to help set up she decided to fire me on the phone, only because I wasnt OK with being on call I wanted legit hours and a set schedule as my husband and I share a car. Anyways jokes on them cuz now theyre paying my unemployment and believe I spoke with HR about the poorly run management, assistant Mgr was cool but the main Mgr was not. I have a lenthgthy work history with LBrands in the VS and the bbw divisions and neither of the old mill stores are very well run, I know more policies then the mgrs at VS and bbw here, I wouldnt be heartbroken if LBrands shut down both stores for good

Disappointed in sales people. It was a very slow morning when I was there, and with three toddlers, I couldnt get help. Even standing at the counter I waited a good five minutes before she turned around to help me. And she was not happy or nice in any way. It was very frustrating, after working in retail management for so many years, I know this is unacceptable behavior.
