Switched 3 straight talk phones for metros 5g. Great experience at a great price.

An update somehow made phone unusable. Went to closest metro store and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes :-)

Perhaps the worst carrier out there. I was told by Metro by T-Mobile when I was ready to change carriers that my phone was unlocked and ok to change. I ported my number to my new carrier and then found the phone was not unlocked. 6 hours of calls to customer service (next to impossible since it asks for your phone number to speak to someone and once the number is ported, it is no longer recognized) and going to the store. I was asked several times to simply restart the phone from a backup to have it unlocked. This of course never worked and they finally had me call Apple to get it unlocked. This is false, as Apple cannot unlock a carriers phone.However, someone at Apple did finally get a new customer service rep on the phone who told me to unlock it, they have to submit at ticket and then we wait 24-72 hours. They claim there is no way to expedite this.So, 6 hours later and for the next 1-3 days, I am now in limbo without a working, almost all of which could have been saved by transparency by phone customer service and the store representatives. After asking for anything in return for such an unpleasant experience, I was told all they had were apologies.To the credit of the local store employees, they appeared to try to help but the fact that even they were so in the dark points to shady corporate operations. However one wasnt wearing a mask for half the time I was there.This is among the worst business practices and ethics I have come across.

I dont recommend this store. They are rude. I had called customer care to change my due date and when walked into the store to pay it and they wanted the $127 on top the amount customer care told me what I needed to pay. I tried showing them the amount customer care told me to pay and they wouldnt help me and were very rude

Ive heard nothing but good things about them, but I cant get them to accept my call. Every time I have tried to call them, I just get a recorded message saying that the number cannot take my call. Very frustrating. If you cant take my call, how do you expect to get my business?

Terrible customer service . Female was on phone and asked what I wanted . Told her I needed to exchange a product . She said they did not do exchanges or refunds. Would not get off phone , said cant help you . Terrible attitude and demeanor . Real nasty ! Will not go back .

The best place to shop for a new phone.

Took awhile for them to get their computer to accept my payment for my bill. All in all I receieved my receipt. I would definatly go back again for service.
