The screen on my otherwise perfect MacBook Pro mysteriously stopped working; odd, as it has been impeccably cared for. I went to Best Buy (where I bought it) and they told me it was futile to try and fix it and I should probably just buy a new one (*eye roll). I then wasted hours on the phone with Apple Care and at the Mac store with folks who basically told me the same. When I asked what a replacement screen might cost, the Apple tech said he didnt know off the top of his head... ummm, isnt that your job? To at least be able to give me a ballpark? on an otherwise perfectly functioning laptop thats only 5 years old? Pathetic!!! Mactekk in Bend was super helpful, but way too busy to repair my screen in a timely manner. I took it in on a friends recommendation to FK Cellphone repairs and was blown away. Abraham did what occurred to no one else: he simply unscrewed the bottom and discovered the connecting hardware between the base and screen had become loose. He simply reconnected it and the screen came back on immediately. It took him 3 minutes and he charged me NOTHING. I wanted to cry. I was almost forced to buy a NEW laptop bc I need it for work. He chuckled at my disbelief. I will never forget his integrity or his kindness. Its a shame more people arent that cool. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

I’ve have purchased phones and have repairs etc done with FK Repairs and recently had a battery replaced with them and somehow in the replacement of the battery the screen was giving issues on the phone. He replaced both battery and screen at no cost to me because he said that he had made a mistake. That is not only good business, but very kind and generous! I always refer him to others.

I took my phone in to get screen replaced. He charged me $200. Two days later it was having same issues. I told him maybe the screen was defective. Instead of helping me he got defensive and claimed I was accusing him of using defective parts. I explained I was not doing so, but was simply expressing sometimes parts from the manufacturer are defective which is not his fault. He didnt help me, so I ordered a new screen for $33 and fixed my screen in 15 minutes. Turns out he just glued a new screen on and didnt replace the case. The screen I bought came with the case too. Now its perfect. Sadly I had sent him a lot of business. Never again. Jump on you tube, repairs are easy and inexpensive in most cases.

This guy is the best. Ive taken 2 phones in to be fixed now, when everyone else I called said it couldnt be done. He didnt promise me anything, but he tired. Both times it didnt work, and he didnt charge me. Still felt like I should of paid him because he at least tried to help me. Best thing I can do is write I nice review. The guy who works here knew exactly what was wrong with my phone, with me just explaining what was wrong with it over the phone. My cell phone provider wanted me to mail my phone in and they said I might be charged $200 and couldnt give me a definitive answer on what was wrong with it! I took it in to FK, went across the street to get my car washed while the phone was getting repaired and he was done fixing it by the time I got back!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that has issues with their phone.

Fantastic! On-the-spot swapped out swollen LiPo battery and damaged back with good ones from my identical phone with broken screen, safely disposed of the hazardous old battery, and charged me $10! And his sweet dog will entertain you while hes working. Couldnt recommend more enthusiastically.
