Drove all the way up from Boise. Only had 5 genesis on the lot, not really their fault, but disappointing. Only interested in the GV80 and one G80 right off the truck. We spent 30 minutes looking at the cars. Asked to go run numbers, obviously Logan the salesman, was willing to do this. We asked to drive the G80, wasnt the color i wanted, but was willing to still see what we were able to do. Had my trade in there with me and everything. They asked the typical car salesman question, if we get to a good place on numbers will you drive off in that car today? My answer was, maybe. It wasnt safety inspected so they wouldnt let me even test drive it. They literally handed me my keys and said sorry my managers, who Logan had been going to talk to the whole time, were suddenly in a meeting and didnt have time to discuss this sale. I was the only customer on the lot. Three salesman sitting at their desks with nothing to do. Message to the owners, time to find a new administrative staff, because your teams customer service sucks! Headed to SLC to buy a new genesis!
