These guys were amazing! We had flooring installed that was defective. While the manufacturer didn’t stand behind it, Costless did. They worked with us to completely replace the floor. They were helpful, friendly and kind through the whole process. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

My husband and I LOVE this store in Bend. We checked many other stores in town when we decided to have a tile shower in our master installed and to lay LVP in most of our house. Cost Less not only beat all the other prices, they also had our favorite inventory and we took home ALOT of samples from many many stores before choosing the quality and look of what we wanted from Cost Less. We were helped by Eileen. Shes a design salesperson there and listened very intently and always took us to the most beautiful solutions. I felt like she always had time for us on our different visits to the store throughout the choosing, buying and delivery stages. Eileen, seriously, shes amazing. Then when we had 3 chipped boards on their ends out of the 38 boxes we received, she and the owner of Cost Less immediately refunded us 50.00 as a courtesy for our inconvenience. Who does that? It was only 3 boards and on the ends which we were able to use on installing them against the wall after cutting off the end to match the varying lengths we were trying to acheive in our layout. Really terrific people and terrific prices. Theres carpeting in our future that needs to be done as well. Well go back to Cost Less, explain what were looking for to Eileen and let her lead us to what we want!

They have amazing products at excellent prices! Only unfortunate thing is how they do their commissions. Whoever you start with is who you are working with for life. Regardless if you get better and more attentive service from others, the first person will get the sale regardless of if they helped. Even if it’s for totally different products/projects then what the first sales person helped with. Ask for Eileen or AJ and you’ll be great!

This place is awesome! I went in looking for a spare tile or two for some tile work in my master shower and found all kinds of cool stuff. Beautiful granite or marble slabs for counter tops. Stunning tiles for redoing the bathroom floors. Mosaics for backslash and the border to the fireplace. It was awesome! And the staff was exceedingly helpful as well as knowledgeable. 5/5 would recommend!!!

We needed to find a contractor for a botched job from a guy we found on Craigslist...our mistake. Anyways Aimee set us up with an amazing contractor and Dan did a fantastic job at helping us pick out the tile to replace what we needed. Would 100% recommend to anyone for their tiling needs!

Over the past year of getting our house remodeled by a wonderful group of volunteers from a collection of churches in town, we have gotten to know Joni, Bruce and a few others over at Cost Less and have been more than elated by their quality of product but even more so, their un-beatable customer service. Not only did they donate product to the cause, but they even went out of their way numerous of times to ensure we were able to get the project finished and made us feel like family every time we came into the store. Cant say enough great things about this company so far.

Ive used Cost Less Carpet twice and been fairly satisfied with the selection and prices but very disappointed with the installer (Steve Donovan) they scheduled for my most recent carpet replacement. Ive never had more trouble getting someone to show up to do their work or seen a worse carpet installation.Ive included photos showing the nature of the installation including the poor workmanship and damage to the walls and baseboards that occurred during installation.

If you need help choosing the right tile, spend some time in this large space with knowledgeable employees! Putting the parts together takes experience most of us dont have!

Add an excellent showroom/warehouse with hands-on, in-stock inventory, along with reasonable pricing... almost unheard of. We had a great experience choosing our flooring. The salesperson was knowledgeable & polite.

My husband and I had done some tile shopping around town. Although we selected a tile from a different store we went back to Cost Less Carpet to have them order it because we liked them so much. We were give a WRITTEN/TYPED & INITIALED bid for our tile, we put down a deposit. All seemed normal. Then we got the call that said they were not going to uphold the price that was quoted on the WRITTEN bid. The new price was more than $5 a sq. ft. more than the quoted written bid, and they were not going to honor the WRITTEN bid they gave us. Initially after our first visit we were so excited, we have huge plans for our house including new floors, granite counter tops and a bunch more tile projects. They will not be getting our business in the future and I will be sure to share this story to everyone I meet. They have lost my business, and in a small town, word of mouth travels faster than any advertisement.
