Great customer service here. Knowledgeable staff and just about everything you need to finish you projects. Its a great alternative to stores like Home Depot and the rest. I highly recommend Parr Lumber. Theyre exactly what they say they are. No fluff. No BS.

First of, I do wish the current hours went a little bit later into the evening, maybe 5:30 or 6:00pm for those of us who work 9-5 jobs. However, given I showed up at 4:50, I was very impressed on how I was treated by 2 different employees and what I was able to accomplish in that time. Ordered a custom door and picked out some wood trim in the last few minutes before closing. Kudos to Parr for not treating me like an idiot because I wasnt a contractor and also showed up at the end of the day. They are also open on Saturdays so for home owners, it works out pretty well. They have a good selection of tools and equipment etc. in addition to actual building supplies.

Went in to get my usual wood pellets from my hometown! Told me they were out and they had some good ones instead, which Ive tried them all, none are as good as packsadle. But I humor them and buy a few bags! When I go back to pick the up, the guts are in a hurry to load me, I usually get out to help, but by the time I get out they are almost done, I go around to help grab a bag, and there was a full pallet of the ones I wanted?? Very strange behavior by all of them, wont be going back regardless. Place was cool 10 years ago! I gave 5 stars because Im cool

Order pack saddle pellets when everyone else in town is out of everything and not taking orders... great! Delivery with a forklift... perfect!

When I was looking for a new sliding door, I knew Parr was the place for an honest, informed quote. Last summer we purchased windows and doors for two houses from Parr lumber in Bend. Love the product. BUT...the windows were ordered wrong 3x with a delay of 7 weeks each time; wrong sizes, white inside when supposed to be grey, 2 windows were all white so they had to be painted to match the others and 8 windows in total ordered incorrectly. 3 of the exterior doors were ordered incorrectly so now we have front doors with no frosting because we couldnt wait to have the correct door reordered. I have been hesitant to call and complain, but when I saw Yelp reviews I felt like others should be aware of the issue. And we paid full price for everything. Management was told about they issue, but no one for Parr ever reached out and the guy that did the ordering barely said sorry.

Ive always bought lumber at Lowes it Home Depot because I live on that end of town.. They didnt have 4x6x16 and recommended Parr, ended up taking my whole lumber list to Parr and it was so easy and awesome.. walk up to the counter, tell them what you need, pay for it, drive around back and they load it for you! AND ITS WAY CHEAPER.. no digging through stacks of garbage twisted lumber, no lumber carts.. thanks guys, two thumbs up..

John Serres did a great job for us on our new build window package. We compared pricing against several other suppliers including Pella. The pricing and quality was better on the Marvin (wood/fiberglass Enhance line) windows than anything we found anywhere else. Go see John if you need new windows!

Just spent the past 20 minutes in the show room to have all 5 employees avoid me at all cost. No customer service. Even the one guy who was being helped left confused and with questions. If you are in their click dont waist your time. One of the worst in Central Oregon. Home Depot had better customer service. Living in bend for 25 years. By far the worst crew that has been around for some time.

Went there for the first time based on previous reviews. None of the people milling about behind the counter seemed interested in helping me. I left after waiting at the counter for a bit. Will just go spend my money elsewhere.

I have been to a lot of Parr lumber hours but this one was by far the best for receiving shipments.If thats any indication how the rest of the place is run all I can say its fantastic job guys 👍

Love coming in and being greeted by the most awesome people. Everyone is amazing.

One of their delivery guys dropped an entire load of lumber on one of our trees and just told us a bunch of lies that Parr Lumber would replace it because of the damage. That never happened. He said he would take a picture of the damage and send it to his boss to replace it or fix it ( whatever that means ). I caught him pulling the tree back to nearly its original position and then taking a picture of it where you couldnt see the bark stripped off where the lumber fell on it. He forcefully yanked off several of the broken branches and then took a picture to make it look like there was very little damage at all, but the tree was bent over almost perpendicular to the ground before he got the load off it. He was extremely confrontational and made it pretty clear that he didnt care that the tree was damaged!! Then I talked with his boss, and he basically stated what do you want me to do about it? which was nothing! Then he suggested to get the proffessional opinion of his lawnscaping service. When the landscaper called me he said it is a Chinese Elm that we have and that it is nothing more than a weed!! We love that tree!! He said that there was nothing HE could do about it either!? So, in the final analysis, my summary is that Parr Lumber only respects you if you are paying them

Parr is the best place in bend to get building materials. Ive done business with them for 15 yrs.

Poor customer service and poor lumber materials. Spent an hour having to give them my credit card 3 times to keep adding material that they forgot I wanted.

Cabinets were not done correctly the first time and had to be fixed by the builder on site. The person who did the measuring did not measure right. Parr did pay for the extra work that had to be done to get the cabinets in so that is why they got 2 stars rather than 1 star. Also, the designer had the lower cabinets be half shelves and not full shelves. I had to pay to get the full shelves on the bottom.

Knowledgeable staff that knows how to get customers what they want and need. Parr lumber rocks!

Bad customer service. Keep getting different answers when Im asking where my trim is. Dont go where the builders go unless your a builder you wont be top priority

I am so disappointed right now. We ordered our cabinet over a month ago and still dont have it. Now we have to delay our project two more weeks or more and they dont even know exactly where they are at. Not good communication. Not a happy customer!!!!

No help at all. Going to get over 50k in sodding and roof materials for a few project and there customer service was so terrible I went to a competitor.
