Tried to call this store to talk to the pharmacist. On the phone over 20 minutes and never got an answer. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited on hold for a long time but at least they used to answer but not this time.

On our way to NJ on 8-7/21, my daughter and I stopped at the CVS in Beltsville, MD, (address below in the photo.) CVS corporate should be ashamed to have such a poorly run store, as soon as we walked into the store there was a kid at the door making sure all customers would wear a mask because of the new resurgence in COVID. NOTE one of the cashier was not wearing a mask. I proceeded to ask for the bathroom and the the kid who was at the front of the store very politely told me he would get me the key to the bathroom. I walked into the bathroom and it was filthy dirty and had no toilet paper, I had to walk to the front of the store to ask for toilet paper and wait for the kid that was in the front to give me the toilet paper, in the meantime, an older person was asking the cashier if she was not aware of of the mask mandate, the girl gave her attitude and was rude to her. I wanted to buy a few items but the store was so dirty that I did not feel comfortable buying anything here. CVS CORPORATION SHOULD BE ASHAMED of the condition of this store. I gave this store one full star but it should have been 1/4 of a star and that was for the kid at the door being polite!

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever encountered. I have called them multiple times with no answer. A prescription, that is not mine and I have never heard of was picked up in my name. I am a NC resident and have never lived in MD. I called the front end, they were not helpful at all in making sure that the pharmacy picked up their phone. The front end lady picked up the phone and told me that there was no line for the pharmacy.

I needed to go to this location for medicine at 3:00a.m., bc the sign n the window says 24hours. Get to the door n theres a written sign that says store opens at 6 :00a.m. So whats the purpose of saying ur 24hours?

I have been coming to this cvs for last 7 years and I always had great experiences from pharmacy and cashier at front but yesterday(May 25,2021) around 11:45am experience was not good because When I went to pharmacy the technician Zainab was very rude and she told shut and lets me today what I know but the Guy Devon came and helped her out . She could not figure out how to refund the money but devon was able to help . I felt like she need more customers training.

My husband was having sings of minor heart attack driving by the pharmacy and stopped went inside to ask if they could call 911 he was panicking not knowing what to do. The girl working their evening shift on 3/25 Kicked him out! Told him she cant call. He calls 911 but does not know where he is exactly since we live in NoVA went inside to pass her the phone to provide 911 w address she said “I can’t do that & can’t talk to them” while dispatch was on the line. She gave him a paper w their address and asked my husband to leave! Such an inhuman act! Ambulance came and took my husband but if something were to happen to him I believe she would just stand and watch. Just WOW!

Generally the staff is not rude, but theyre also not very welcoming. The pharmacy female cashiers are rude. Theres a younger one who always looks like she doesnt want to have any interaction with the customers. Theres also an older one thats more interested in chatting with her co-workers. One time she made me wait until she finished having a laugh with the pharmacist about something non work related, and got mad at me when I asked her if I could get my item that she was holding in her hand. Its convenient because its 24hrs. Prices are high, but thats to be expected of CVS.

July 18th 2020 I left my wallet on top of the ATM machine and noticed it approximately 30 minutes after I checked for it, I then called CVS pharmacy told them that I was recently in their store and that I was last at their ATM with my wallet far as my memory last serves me. They then put me on hold for about 8 minutes only for somebody else to come on the phone and ask me what did I need help with, after I repeated My issue and my concern I was then placed on hold again for approximately 5 minutes only for someone to pick back up the line and say that no one had turned in a wallet nor have they seen it. 5 minutes later I pulled back up to the CVS walked into the store approached the ATM and sure enough! My wallet was laying on top of the ATM covered in receipts flat wide open I picked it up and then held it in the air and told one of the ladies hey I got the wallet that you guys said you couldnt find didnt see, or wasnt turned in. I am African-American for the record... So the African-American lady who I allegedly spoke to on the phone said oh! You were the one that had the missing wallet? I said yes I thought that you guys had at least checked the ATM machine when I was on the phone with you, by me telling you thats the last place I remember having it, she said oh Im so sorry about that...! If I could give them a third of a star I wouldnot to mention I had a money network debit card and ask them if there was a way that I could take money off of the car without being charged and they said only if I bought something?? Isnt that still being charged to withdraw money? I had to go back into the parking lot and call customer service only for them to tell me that their ATM and CVS should be capable of releasing funds without being charged so much for depending on CVS to help it matters that pertain to CVS!!!!

I paid for express delivery intentionally because I’d been waiting for my AUTO REFILL prescription to move out of a status of In progress for several days. I ended up initially missing one day of the medication because I became ill out of state and had to call the CVS to ask them why it hadn’t been filled. There was not a reason given to me, that I remember. The team member offered to fill and process to have the prescription filled.So I said yes, I decided to schedule the delivery next day. CVS app gave an estimated time of express delivery of about 9a-1p where someone needed to be home to accept the delivery. A little late expected delivery time for express 10min away, but I paid the extra money because I had returned to Maryland and couldn’t drive. I had a high fever. I waited all day, and at 1p gave CVS a call.I worked with an EXCELLENT pharmacy representative named Jenny. She reached out to the delivery company over 4 times, and also communicated with me from the beginning until later that evening when I finally received the prescription. I believe around 6 or 7p.Jenny was not there when the driver finally picked up my prescription, and whomever handed it over didn’t put it in a sealed bag. The driver called and said his name was Bobby and asked for my date of birth, I was caught of guard because he didn’t sound like a customer rep or a driver working for a company. After the driver picked it up, it felt like at least 90min to 2 hours more before the prescription made its way from the CVS to my home which is only 10 min away. I was weary about even taking the medication.In the end, I am thoroughly grateful to Jenny for her dedication, accountability, work ethic, compassion and above and beyond customer service. The day was very difficult for me having to check on this one item that was in process since 11/24 I believe. I’d taken off work even because my fever was 103.Jenny was a true customer service representative for CVS, a true star.

Worse pharmacy around! The staff act as if you are bothering them! They dont greet you..they dont even look at you! TERRIBLE customer service! I had to call corporate because of an issue..i dont expect any resolution.. Im done with CVS.

The pharmacy is understaffed. Wait time for flu shot exceeded 45 minutes. When I called the next day to ask pharmacy about a prescription, I was on hold for over 45 minutes total before I gave up. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Have registered a complaint with CVS customer relations. In other respects the store is pretty good except for replacing inventory when an item sells out.

My review is regarding the pharmacy only. This is supposed to be their training center?! These people are incompetent! Most recently I called in 4 Rxs using their automated system. I received a text that 2 were ready. I called and they said they didnt have authorization from the Dr for the other 2. Fine, I call the Dr and the Dr sends both to this CVS. I get another text that the other 2 are ready. Just to be sure I call and speak with the pharmacist. She said they were ready. I go in and only 3 Rxs are ready and they are saying they didnt get the other Rx from the Dr again! This is after telling me they had all of the Rxs ready. Im guessing since it was closing time and they didnt want to deal with it at that time. I end up having to wait till the next day, today. I call the Dr and tell them CVS said they didnt get the remaining Rx. The Dr asked me to call them again to make sure, because they did send the Rx. I call CVS AGAIN! CVS still says they do not have the Rx. I call the Dr again and they will call CVS and then call me back to let me know the outcome. Well, when the Dr called, all of a sudden they have the Rx ready and supposedly I never called them... WHAT????!!!! I am switching pharmacies!

I have never taken the time to give any place a review! But this CVS is the worst. I ordered pictures more than 5 hours ago and it’s almost 10pm. They told me my order would be ready at 6:45 pm. Not only that but I’m creating a scrap book for my mother for her 60th bday and need these pictures ASAP! I will never go into this CVS. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I’ve called multiple times and have been told that I would receive a text or phone call. They didn’t even take the time to check if my pictures were ready. This is not customer service. Worst experience ever! I will be reaching out to their corporate office.Update: The pictures were ready, but the lady never bothered to check. My husband had to go there personally and ask someone else to check for the pictures.

Wow this is a horrible cvs. I came in and wanted help finding something couldn’t find anyone and I asked this guy “if he works here” laugh at me and said he did. I completely ignore that and I showed him a picture of what I was looking for he didn’t even care to look pointed to aisle which was not what I was looking for. Horrible staff

They are awful. They keep you on hold for 10 minutes, then ask what you need, then put you on hold for another 5 minutes, then pick the phone again and have no idea what you just asked them. They never have anything in stock and give you the worst service in person. They never acknowledge you when you are just standing there waiting. Who the hell manages these people??? Answer - no one who cares

There r very stupid employees that work there because appreantly they unsupervised. They have no manager working at any shifts. I had my car scratched front of the store. There were cameras. It took me a battle and week to confirm but I couldnt get the video.
