Bought a new sectional and ottoman back in March. Due to the pandemic and shortage of supplies we had to wait to get the furniture. Finally end of Aug our furniture was ready for delivery! The delivery guys were great. Very respectful of us, the new furniture, and our home. They were efficient and quick. They arrived promptly inside the delivery window. Will definitely be repeat customers for future purchases.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had! My fiancé and I went inside and ordered a couch and love seat set. Paid well over $4,000. This was on September 8th. They told us it would be delivered September 22. We called on the 22nd because our furniture still wasn’t here. They informed us that one of the associates told us the wrong date that it was in their system for the 29th. Frustrating, but we said ok, and the manager guaranteed it would be there by then. 29th rolls Around and still no furniture. The manager says that we will personally deliver it to us that following Friday. That day rolls around and still no furniture. Says one truck came in with the couch but waiting on the truck with the love seat. We also offered to go pick it up ourself, but they said if we do our warranty that we paid on them wouldn’t be valid, they have to deliver it themselves in order for us to get the warranty! By then we both are fed up, so we have our order switched to the Overland Park store. They told us that would try to squeeze us in on last Friday, but if not it will be here today(Monday) from 2pm to 5pm. Here it is 6:37pm on October 18th and still DO NOT HAVE ANY FURNITURE! I understand that covid has slowed things down, but this is absolutely ridiculous. We are going tomorrow to get a full refund, and taking our business else where. Never will I go to this place again!

The staff were very friendly and not pushy or hanging close behind while my wife and I browsed their inventory. We found a great couch for much less than other competitors! Supply shortages weren’t a surprise to us, but they got our couch delivered to us earlier than they estimated, which was great! Delivery was on time in their quoted window, and the delivery gentlemen were friendly, efficient, and professional. We will definitely make Furniture Deals our first stop for future purchases!

Recently bought from Furniture Deals in Belton and received great service from start to finish. Had to wait for the sectional to be built and they estimated 90-150 days. I only had to wait just over 60 days, which was awesome. The guys that delivered and set up my furniture were great! Very efficient and quick. Had great personality and were polite.

It took forever for them to figure out when they were bringing my couch but the team that brought my couch; Derron Payne and Walter were amazing! They got my couch upstairs and through my tiny door with no issues and got it put together in no time! They both deserve a raise!

We ordered two complete bedroom sets. Absolutely love the furniture. Delivery set up, scheduling and communication was great. The installers damaged a piece of furniture during setup. The only thing I would have changed is they should have communicated that with me before they left instead of me having to contact support to have it replaced.

The delivery went very smoothly and fast. They set up everything and removed all the trash. They went over how to work my new adjustable bed. I am loving my bed so far!!!

Delivery was prompt, within the time frame they had notified us about. The delivery personnel were very polite and considerate. Was just one little minor issue to do with a glide from one leg that will need fixed/replaced, and they documented it and reported it. We got this power recliner for my aging mother so she can still feel independent to get herself in and out of the chair. She is very pleased with it.

Due to the virus, I had to wait 5 months to get my furniture but it was worth the wait. My furniture looks great and the delivery team did a great job. Furniture deals kept me informed during the wait and I was not charged prior to delivery.

After spending quite a bit of money with this company we are usually very happy with the results. As previous reviews stated delivery was acceptable per my wife. After examining out furniture we realized some of its broken. Customer service went on to ask why we didnt check it the question is why didnt they check it. We paid 10 + dollars for furniture which for one we waited patiently for and secondly if the furniture was broken an attitude is the last thing we should have to deal with. Not to mention we had ordered other furniture that had yet to be delivered ordered before the furniture in question. To say the least if you want to spend thousands and get treated like your business isnt important go to FURNITURE DEALS! I forgot to mention when my wife called back to complain and asked for a Manger they hung up. Great techniques.......kudos FURNITURE DEALS for being a top notch company with great customer service!

Low end furniture, decent quality. Excellent customer service in store. Currently struggling with supply issues due to covid.I recently made a claim on the insurance policy I bought with my last couch. It was a bit of a process getting there, but I did end up with a replacement couch for my old couch which had been snacked on by a puppy. Overall Ive had a good experience with this company through the years. You just may need to be prepared to be a bit proactive and a bit patient.

I Ordered this Couch at the beginning of February. I wanted it in time for my son’s graduation party. It was delivered July 22, 2021. The piece is exactly what I ordered and was delivered in great condition, just very disappointed about the time it took to get here. Once both pieces arrived at their warehouse, delivery was set up quickly and efficiently. Everyone has been very polite, and easy to work with.

Employees are super helpful without being a helicopter, they give you space to look on your own, the furniture is nice and not over priced. We have bought in the last 10 years, bedroom furniture (the whole set), living room furniture (also the whole set), tv tables, kitchen, and whatever else. Its a good place to go if you dont want to spend $1000s of dollars on a piece and still have something nice. The store is nice too.

They deserve whatever recognition the company awards tenfold. I could go on and on but words wont really do justice to the experience, they were kind, courteous, professional, humorous, respectful, genuine, and all things great.

Furniture Deals partners with the worst company, Montage, to cover the Service Plans they sell. Montage is a joke and Furniture Deals will not stand behind their merchandise. If they do not fix the broken Loveseat I purchased from them, I will never do business with them again and highly recommend no one else does. $800 for a Loveseat and another $200 for Service plan on both pieces down the toilet!!

I liked the selection of furniture they had. There are many different options to choose from. The biggest problem I had was that it could take up to six months for your order to arrive. I know that is a supply issue but it was a huge factor in my decision to hold off on purchasing furniture. I will check back at a later date and see if that changes though.

Chair was fine. Delivery horrible. Sent wrong itemafter telling me numerous times what was expected of me. I have purchased many high dollar items over the years and received no apologies. Next date for delivery being Saturday when we had expected company, it came at 5:50 p.m. after ai pleaded fir early delivery. I fully expected an apology and at least a 2o or 30% discount on my next purchase.Yes, Im not a happy camper.

Was notified the night before as to when the furniture would be delivered. It was delivered early in the 3 hour window they provided. Great workers, polite, and did not take long to install and setup the furniture.

I bought my new couch, recliner, and bedframe from them it was all delivered at one time the assembled it for me. They had it built pretty quickly. They had told me a very long wait time when I purchased but it didnt take close to as long as they quoted me. That was covids fault of course. Everything went smooth I never felt uncomfortable. Not that its their fault but it took 3 months to get our furniture and we are still missing one piece and wont get it for another 2 months. The delivery guys were great. When they brought the couch in there was a scuff on the corner of the couch. They were on it and called the office who said they would order the material and have the service department come and reupholster that area. So we will see. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The communication about my items was wonderful. With the pandemic going on it seemed like everything was delayed for months. I received a phone call telling me what item I was still waiting on to complete my order. After that last item arrived they made sure I had a delivery that same week. Furniture Deals called to confirm the appointment and to give me a delivery time. The delivery time was between 11-2 PM, I received a phone call at 10 saying I was next on the delivery schedule. The delivery truck would be to me in the next twenty minutes. The delivery drivers arrived at my home, asked where and how wanted my furniture set up. They two of them came in set it up promptly, discarded all the trash. They asked if I wanted anything changed, or moved before they left. I appreciated them making sure I was satisfied with my purchase before leaving my home. I will definitely be returning to purchase more items from Furniture Deals for my household needs.

Everything we needed (and some we didnt) we found in one store in one aafternoon. So when it was time to replace our sofa we went back to our source. I am very pleased with my experiences with Furniture Deals!! I was a trainer at one time, in Customer Service. So I may view customer service from a little different perspective. My experiences have been amazing! I replaced 6 chairs to my dining table a few years ago. But just recently, I finally got around to purchasing the additional 4 needed. The table can expand to accommodate 6-10. I ran into a problem because the chairs I had purchased were discontinued. One of the salesmen spent almost 2 hours with both of us online trying to find chairs that were as close to mine as possible. But also matched the seating height. And he found them!! I also ordered a coffee table, end table and sofa table. Everything was delivered expertly! I am a Happy Camper!!
