I went in to get my school logo digitized and embroidered on a new lab coat. The lab coat was 70$ and I paid him 35$ for his work. I offered to let him keep my original jack to ensure the correct size he said it was not needed. I received my lab coat today and the embroidery is 2x bigger than it should have been. So I am out 105$ because of his inability to deliver a product I could use. Not to mention I need to go buy a new lab coat and get it done again somewhere else

Proctor and Rose are amazing! I needed an super quick embroidery done for a customer for their dash mat and the one I ordered thru work was horrible!I inquired with David(I beieve thats the name) and his team on the specs I needed and how fast could they get it done. They assured me at least 1 day to 2 days and drop off the new dash mat to them.They got it done in a matter of hours! I got super lucky and the charge was not extreme either!Definitely search local for services you need because I relied on a third party to perform the embroidery and it sucked. Also buy local and shop local helps our community and you get that better touch from that shop.Thanks!
