First off it has taken over 8 weeks to finish our shirts and when we went to pick them up to take somewhere else they claimed they couldn’t find them. These were shirts that we purchased and brought to them. I would highly recommend not using this company.

Find a different company for business!My company placed an order for shirts months ago. H & H continuously came up with excuses on why the order was delayed and now they won’t answer our POC phone calls or emails. Our POC has also visited the store multiple times and we are still in the same dilemma.

I’ve been getting embroidery done for past few months and this last time i got it done, it was crooked. I advised the owner she said she would replace my shirts, but it’s funny how I haven’t heard back from her about it. So this is why I’m here now. Business is business and customer service should be right and professional.

These people are the best. Everything I asked for they delivered without delay. They have done an amazing job and have went above and beyond our expectation. Printing was off the charts. It is hard when you put your business in someones hands and pray they get it right. Man did they do exactly what they said. Then blew me away with their prices being below everyone around. I contacted this outfit in Spring 2017 about a 25 t-shirt order and after a couple of weeks we were set to move forward. The lady I was communicating with asked me for a jpg file of my logo, which I had attached the the very email she had responded too. When I pointed this out, I never heard back, ever. Eight months later, I was contacted by someone else, who spoke like a manager/owner asking if I would like to proceed with the order. I of course, pointed out that I needed the order eight months ago, but would be happy to consider the order for 2018, if he could explain why I waited eight months for a response to an order that was all set to print. I hate giving my business to mail order companies, but I cannot allow this place to waste my valuable time like that.
