I have been a cvs customer for a very long time, unfortunately when I started my new job for the county my insurance didnt work with cvs but with walgreens. I switched over to the walgreens on prairie in beloit...worst decision ever! They never have my prescriptions ready even though I get the text stating they are, they have a bunch of teenagers working there. The pharmacist is so overwhelmed I feel bad for him. My doc sent me in a shot that I would take daily for insulin resistance even after insurance it was 1,000 dollars out of pocket. My other pharmacy would have done all they could to lower that price so I could afford it. Walgreens did nothing. I had to tell my doc to send it back. Location is awful...

Conveniently open earlier than other locations, open at 7am Monday - Friday. Clean and well kept inside and outside of store. Priced comparatively to similar businesses. Well Located for the northeast side of Beloit. Pharmacy, Photo, FedEx, cards, basic grocery and wine. A quick stop to pick up an item or a couple.

The associates are always helpful and do a very good job of being professional....

Disrespectful with no customer service in the pharmacy department.

Arrived in drive up to pick up prescription after going to Walgreens on Madison Rd and them not having it. I arrived on Prairie at 3:29 pm. It is now 3:43 pm and I am still waiting. 4 cars ahead of me and 3 cars behind me. If their prescription is not ready make them come back because we all continue to wait and wait when ours are ready. Now 3:45 and still 2 cars ahead of me. Arrived at window 3:48 still waiting, 3:52 1 person working...3:52 now waiting on Pharmasist...3:54 finally done will never be back

I called head of time to see if I was able to get a refill on a prescription and they said they will have it done in 20 min. 30 min later I go and pick it up and they say 15 min it will be ready. So we wait when I go back around to get it they say we dont have it gotta come back monday. If you dont have it dont tell the customers that u are getting it ready.

The pharmacy staff always seems on edge and one of the pharmacy drive thru lanes seems to be permanently closed. The store seems well kept and clean. Will go again.

Why are cashiers and other workers not wearing masks? Thats not good practice at this point in time if you ask me.

The pharmacist was completely unprofessional and rude. I have been a customer for 18 years but after the treatment I received today because of an error on there end I will never go back.

Pharmacist is very rude, judgemental, and unprofessional! She interjected her personal beliefs without knowing the facts.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS closed earlier than the posted hours. Pharmacist, last time, treated me like a drug addict over some sinus medicine.
