This store is located in Ralston avenue close to Belmont Caltrain station. It has a pharmacy too. You get almost everything here however sometime items used for infants is not always available. Otherwise this store is great.

Very unhappy with recent passport photo service experience in this store. I paid 130% more than costco, waited even longer than costco (25 minute) to get the photos, and finally the photos came out too dark. I have to go back to the store to ask a re-edit. Also, I had to retake the photo 3 times due to my head being tilted. The photographer wasn’t able to notice that when taking the photo, and would only find out when viewing it on the computer.

This perticular Walgreens is the most compact one that Ive ever come across, and Ive come across a lot of Walgreens in my days!Not that there is anything wrong with this, since they carry just about almost the same amount of brands and products as other sister stores larger then them! Just in smaller portions.What Ive noticed though in previous , quite many visits the last 3 or 4 months, is the lack of items, products on their shelves throughout the store, quite a bit. Hence leaving noticeable large gashes, spots of empty spaces on those shelves.Not so much an eyesore, rather more of an inconvenience of the non existence of essentials we seek and need, often on a daly basis.Which some of those products, may it be toiletries or over the counter medicines, grooming and hair, shaving products and/or oral health items that often only Walgreens itself carries and weve gotten accustomed to making those purchases mostly there, rather then other grocery stores, which may or may not cary those brands, but certainly not at a lower price. Walgreens stand unbeaten when it comes to price comparability, being the lowest to its competitors!A number one attraction for a lot of us, visiting the stores. As are other products easily found at existing grocery and drug stores!But this particular Walgreens now stands noticible in merchandise unavailability for a bit to long, in my opinion! And this has become a semi frustrating inconvenient fact.Whats up Walgreens in Belmont? Otherwise always very clean, which is a positive, it is lacking a customer accessible bathroom, but not a necessity, as only half of all Walgreens do have those facilities.And where are your on the floor employees? Cashiers? Help at the photo kiosk? Shaving and Allergy medicine cabinets when called repeatedly on the overhead? The same goes for back up cashiers? What does exist all to often, are those extensively long checkout lines and customers, if one was to pay attention to their face expressions, have abandoned to continue on their happy day, due to excessive waiting.As for the pioneer cashier, at least every other time, seems to conjure up a halfway smile.If I had a question, may it be about product availability, or its whereabouts, they would have diminished. Just being happy to be able to pay and finally leave the stores premises, is an accomplishment!Did I perhaps miss the now hiring sign? Not sure? Is there a manager on duty? Also not sure?But what I am sure about, this particular Walgreens store, is in need of major improvement!

Bo, she works in the pharmacy. She is the worlds greatest pharmacist! Walgreens is in debpted to her for her lovely nature, warm treatment, professional attitude, the memory of an elephant, the care she gives every single patient. This woman is wonderful! When I talk to her, its like a friend. She asks if I need help with understanding my medications, not in a routine way. No, instead she says, I noticed you started a new medicine, its rare to have these side effects.... then in this sincere warm way she says, look after yourself and call the doctor if these occur.... if your pharmacist doesnt treat you this way, quit! Move all your prescriptions to Bo. Nevermind Walgreens, go for Bo! Shes a delight every time!

I dont know what they are complaining about,Mayfloy,Ester,Sean,Miss Jean and Joy are the best,you need anything just aso them.thry have your back.

First of all the pharmacist at this location was unkind and then argued about how I need to read the text messages properly. I have been getting text messages saying the prescription is ready when the prescription is not ready, this has happened 4 times now. The Drs office has sent refill info several times now and Walgreens claims they have not received it and blame the hospital instead of trying to see how to fix the situation. Looks like they have buggy unreliable software.

Save yourself sometime and refill prescription somewhere else.

Lets begin honest. With CVS, Target and Walmart around, theres absolutely no reason to ever have to shop at a Walgreens. Expensive prices, worthless deals and doesnt do anything to make itself stand out from the competition. I imagine Walgreens will slowly begin to to out of business over the next decade

Very convenient location with plenty of available parking spaces, friendly staff that acknowledges you as you enter, this place is kept clean and properly organized makes it easy to locate products you are looking for.

Ive given this place a few too many chances. The only reason I come to this Walgreens is due to their proximity to my home. The pharmacy is a joke and always takes forever. Time and Time again I think I should spend the extra 10 minutes and drive to Target but then I end up here waiting and waiting. If you care for your time, dont come here.

The pharmacy timings are their own wish, they just keep a piece of board in front of the pharmacy with their own flexibility timings. They need to come up with standard timings not on their own, Walgreens should look into this.

Pharmacy was so fast! Never had faster service.

Pharmacist wasnt there after we called and said we were coming to pick up our prescription...pretty egregious bad customer service. Some firing and hiring needs to be done I think.

Complete jerk at the front counter.

The pharmacy hours are different from what is posted here, so be sure to go to their site or call to make sure you dont waste your time!

Find another place to get your prescription filled

Waited on the phone line for 10min. Then was asked to hold on. After holding on the line for another 10min. the pharmacist hanged up.
