Just wanted to take time to say a THANK YOU to Mngr. Jieurka J.!!!! Cant say how many times she and her staff (Cordae) have been most helpful to me & my family.Over the years we have had to rent units for various reasons & when you have a Manager on staff like Miss Jieurka, it makes the whole process smooth & stress free!Not only did she take time out of her day to call me after seeing online that I reserved the wrong unit but she waited, through her lunch, for me to come in to complete the process!Thank you for that extra help and for keeping this location clean.

This is the cleanest storage facility Ive ever visited. I really love the fact that you are able to drive your vehicle inside and unload your furniture.

I rented for a few years and rent increased multiple times. it was conveniently close to my house but other companies are cheaper

They have mice. I noticed it a few trips ago while rearranging, however I didnt think it was the worst, because I figured with the temperature changing one just happened to sneak in and they would handle it. Nope two weeks later a few nights ago I went back and noticed droppings. By my clothes boxes which was placed on top of my furniture.( So yes on my furniture )and around the out side while taking pictures, I noticed a mouse a few doors down. I went to leave and noticed another one on my way out. I am so discussed!

The customer service here was great but they have mice. The people are very helpful and polite. But I saw mice droppings on my furniture within the 30 days I had to temporarily store it. I had to have it cleaned and disinfected.

Wonderful facility and staff! I was looking for short term vehicle storage and they were able to provide me with something that was perfect for my needs. When I had a change in plans, they remained easy to work with and were very flexible. Overall a fantastic experience!

Ive been renting for a while with CubeSmart and experienced great service the other day with Cardee Cobb. I came in to drop off and clean some things within my unit and he provided me with awesome customer service. I appreciate his assistance and help that he didnt have to give. Outstanding facility staffed by angels! Attendant saved my bacon after Chicago traffic forced an after-hours arrival. What would have been a disaster turned into an outstanding experience and made my day! Shout out to that conscientious worker and her patient family members, and thanks to CubeSmart for helping keep such employees happy and provided for. I strongly encourage patronizing this great storage facility!

Unfortunately, CubeSmart has tested my patience! We have had a unit there for 10 yrs and have seen the property decline both in service and caring. It seems like every 90 days they raise the rent....due to management changeover, so they say. Biggest concern is the rodent problem! BIG BIG BIG BIG PROBLEM! The staff was helpful in finding us a smaller unit to change to in order to reduce our rent, but the rodent issue just keeps getting worse and worse. Now, I find a dead mouse every time I open our door. They do put out bombs to kill the mice or rats, but that doesnt help the damage (they eat the shrink rap)! If you can find another storage place somewhere else, I advise you to do that. They will tell you that rodents just come with the property...nothing you can do about them. Well, there is one thing...I can move, and I am moving, to where the contract says no rent increases for 365 and NO RODENTS, for sure! This serves as my 30-day notice!

I asked for a vehicle space to be reserved for me and though it was required of me to appear in person sooner than I was to be in the area, they were able to accommodate me. The person I spoke with, Cardae was amazing. Very polite, efficient, and able to make what I needed happen. The service provided by Cardae and Cube Smart was outstanding and very unusual today. It is the type of service that is sadly, a thing of the past. You actually speak with a real person, are able to get answers and resolve issues. I would highly recommend this amazing location.

I have rented self storage units at a variety of operators around Chicago and this location run by CubeSmart is by far my favorite. The drive up,, interior units are super convenient for loading and unloading. The employees here have always been well trained, professional, and enjoyable to work with. Shout out to Griselda, Tiffany, and Cardee who continually go above and beyond to provide great customer service!

I just wanted to take this time out to thank Cardae C. When I came in to pay the bill for my storage unit; he honored my previous bill amount because I hadnt received the post card for the new rate increase just yet. Thank you Cardae for exemplifying such amazing and excellent customer service.

I came in to close my account 1 day after billing. Instead of paying for the full month, Anita Funcher and Tatiana January were able to set me up to only pay for the one day! Also they helped me out when my car battery died and I was putting in the new one. Fantastic service! This place is great.

Titiana, the GM, and Anita were two of the best! We were extremely appreciative of the recommendations and advice we received from both of them with the arduous move from a larger unit to a smaller one. The two days of work were made more pleasant knowing that both of them were present for any of our problems or needs...even with the complimentary bottles of water! We want to thank the District boss for the follow-up and the kind consideration we received for the 10 years with have been clients. Its been a great relationship and we hope to continue it with the new unit weve leased. Our gratitude to everyone...Debs Grandmother is happy the boxes found a nice home! :)

The staff at the Bellwood/Broadview location was helpful and informative, providing assistance in determining the best size and fit for my needs. We reviewed the contract and all requirements prior to my acceptance of the contract. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone needing to store items on short notice.

I appreciate cubesmart GM (Tatianna)...she has always been extremely awesome and accommodating. I have been with cubesmart since 2012 at the Bellwood location! This location is a safe environment and so very clean. This is the BEST cubesmart location in my opinion and the staff members are so nice. Every time I call or visit the location to make a payment.....everyone has a good spirit and this is what allows me to continue to do business with cubesmart and continue to store my vehicle at this location. Convenient to an expressway and inexpensive.

The key to good customer service is building good relationships with your customers. Thanking the customer and promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment. With that said, I have been renting a storage cube from CubeSmart Self Storage located 2801 W. Harrison in Bellwood, IL. for 5 months. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, especially Ms. Shalonda Crosby. Recently I had to transition from a 5 x 10 unit to a 5 x 5 unit, a task that usually proves to be laborious and arduous. However, it proved to be quite pleasant and quick due to the help of Ms. Shalonda Crosby an employee of CubeSmart Self Storage. Keep up the great customer service!
