Let me start with: I am homeowner and avid DIY’er. I am not a pro contractor, but I am not a complete novice. Now, on to my project… I was looking to rent some scaffolding to cut in some exterior trim boards and flashing for windows at my two-story house. The windows were about 18 feet above the ground, and I needed my feet about 16 feet above ground (plus or minus). I also had a lower window where I needed scaffolding part on stairs and part on the ground (about a 3-foot difference between each end of scaffolding). Construction Supply Co. came to the RESCUE! They got me set up with a rental for some Baker Scaffolding for the stairs and some mason’s scaffolding with screw jacks for leveling with up to 18 inches of variation between jack points. The staff at Construction Supply were very friendly and helpful. Just ask them your questions and they will answer. They answered my questions about securing the scaffolding for a rock-solid work platform and making sure I was tied off for safety. Great staff, great experience. I will definitely work with them again, and I discovered they sell a TON of different construction tools and materials. Call them and get your projects done.
