My go to pet supply store. the staff is always super friendly, super helpful, and in good company in general. I love being able to get a specialized dog food and gardening supplies in the same spot lol.

What a back and forth monkey show. Guy in the warehouse tells me they don’t have the 50 lb bags of feed I bought, they have 25lb bags. Ok, those will work I say. He says I need to go inside and they’ll be a bit less, I tell him I don’t care if they’re a bit less I will just take them and go. He insisted that I need to go back in to exchange, ok, fine. He loads me up, I drive back around and go inside. They tell me it’s going to be an additional $45….. I just ask for a refund, go to my car and grab the 8 bags. Then they tell me he was wrong and they have the 50 lb bags. I took my refund and I’m done. We regularly spend $500 plus a quarter with these folks and would appreciate better service.

The store has everything I need for my animals and garden, I would go a lot more often if the staff was not so rude. Don’t ask for help, don’t bother asking for anything. There’s an older woman who seems to hate everything and everyone and who ruins the shopping experience for me every time. I’ve only been once when she didn’t yell at someone. I drive to Ferndale now to get what I need, only stop here if you have to.

Found a great pair of gardening shoes here! We didnt spend a lot of time looking around, but they seemed pretty well stocked. I will say that they carry the specialty cat food we order online, but it was a good bit more expensive. It is good to know that I can buy it locally if needed. Really cute pet toys and a few adorable chicks waiting for a fur-ever home.

I come here for the Superbowl pet department. They have the most extensive selection of toys, treats and food Ive found in Bellingham. They do not carry the cheap, questionable quality national brands of food, only high quality, healthy choices.

Excellent for farm and garden, pet supplies -- or for hardware. Not the biggest but they often have what I need. We sometimes go in just to roam through and see whats new.

They have the best prices in town but Im not shopping here anymore. Multiple times now the staff have been really lax, and things I buy are not in stock. The worst is when the staff lie and tell me they dont carry an item if its out of stock. Or how they write your name down in an order book and then you come in 3 months later to find the item is in stock and you never got a call. The staff simply dont care. But I dont blame them. I assume that this is because they are either poorly trained or underpaid and possibly not treated well.

Staff went out of their way to help me special order soil amendments. Their warehouse has good prices on larger bags.

So went in and asked for a certain bale of hay, im paying 15 bucks for two stand local grass hay. The guy who works there basically said he would need a forklift. I could have grabbed it myself. Sick of lazy people who obviously dont care about the health of my animal or wallet. Btw im 100# and I sling these bales over my shoulder.

Is phasing out basics such as nuts, bolts, and screws. Not sure what kind of store theyll transition to, but it wont be hardware.
