I took my estate jewelry here after going around to few others and ended up selling it here. There was quite a bit gold jewelry we had necklaces, pendants, pendants and rings with diamonds. Walked out very satisfied. Not only that there was a large necklace we had that was questionable so he called back in week after getting it tested more thoroughly and he gave a bunch more cash. This was the first time we had sold any gold and didnt really understand the process. I could only associate gold buyers with the purple dancer (god bless him), so I was a little wary. I called Bayside and could tell by the way the lady answered the phone that I was definitely not going there, then I went online and saw this place and good reviews so we gave it a try. Dont be alarmed by the fact that this is just a guy sitting at a desk in an industrial park office.Anyway, he gave me the quote for my stuff and it seemed low, but I really had no idea what to expect, so Roger suggested that the mall was close by and he would be around if I would like to come back after checking them out. So, I went to the mall and even though I knew what they were all about I was surprised by the old school sales approach of pre-qualifying and doubling back on their prices etc. The fact is, their prices werent horrible, but it was only because I said the right things in the right order (I am a salesman by trade as well). Also, Roger was going to buy my diamond, so I called him back and asked him for $26 dollars more than he originally quoted me. He excepted and the deal was pleasant. I think it is important as a consumer to reward good service and polite salesman ship, thank you Roger
