The old lady that works nights with the red hair scares me. Sometimes shes nice, other times its like someone just kicked a litter of puppies in front of her and then told her to get back to work.One of the other clerks can be very condescending and just have a real attitude. Ive been in there and watched him walk out of the store and yell at people over the phone or truck drivers for various reasons. Hes also told me before to stop being stupid and find things with my own eyes.

Rude af register clerk. Wouldnt have happened if it was Jack running it,, just saying. Some people cant handle stress, I guess.. Not 100% his fault. Hella understaffed. He was the only one running a register tonight at 7pm, line of atleast 6 other people behind me, 4 in front. Still, not my fault. Dont take it out on me or other customers.

The clerk Brian is one of the friendliest and nicest clerks. He always makes my day whenever I stop by!

I would give 0 stars if possible!! Jack Padilla has let this place turn into a hub of nefarious behavior. I dont feel safe in broad daylight. Staff is getting progressively more incompetent as the years go by as well.Come on Jack! Youre failing!

Going to this 7-11 always brings me joy. Its amazing to walk in and find the staff to be incredibly friendly and considerate of the community. Ive had the privilege of knowing the owners who go in there to check in that there costumers are provided the best service. If youre going to a corner store, this one should be your top choice!

Amazing staff they are fast and keep the store clean. Always very welcoming and seem to genuinely care about the customers. The ower Jack does a lot for the community and donates food to the food bank and homeless.

Owner is very friendly and pleasant, love their slurpee! I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

The best 7/11 ever. Jack, the owner, is the absolute BEST.

This is one of my favorite one stop shops! Although navigating the parking lot can be tricky as it is almost a one way in, one way out kind of deal that should not be too much of an issue since it is so centrally located to a lot of surrounding attractions. The local road ways make it easy to walk to also.It does not really matter what you need this store has it all. And the best part is that the store is open twenty four seven! There is a large selection of every thing - candy, cookies, snacks, car supplies, drinks, beer, of course the fabled Slushee machine, an Automated Teller Machine that can work with some of the local banks to not charge you a withdrawal fee. There is a huge selection pre cooked foods as well and there are always some sort of deal to be had. You can stop in for tons of breakfast choices and coffee as well. One of my favorite cashiers is tuned in to the tobacco cigars. If you need advice on which is the best Swisher to buy I can not recommend this store enough. I think the only thing missing from it is a gas station!

I absolutely love coming to this 7-11 to visit Jack and his employees. Whether it be for my morning coffee or for some late night munchies, I am always greeted with a big smile . I have never left this place angry or dissatisfied. Very grateful for this very convenient location.

These guys are awesome . they have good staff, who knows how to serve customers. they are pretty conscious about their business . i oftenly go there for fresh food. manager jack , he is very polite and respective towards customer.. Love this place

Its 7-11 so you know what to expect going in. This place exceeds those expectations. The people working there are wonderful and actually care about people! Jack runs a tight ship but really goes the extra mile for everyone who walks in the door. You actually feel important here!

This has to be one of the friendliest and cleanest 7-11 Ive ever been to. Jack takes food donations for the food bank and often has a sign for free hot dogs if youre having a tough time. Ive never had a bad experience there. I live in the neighborhood so Ive been in there all times of day. I think I know every employee by at least sight, if not by name. Theyre all friendly people. :D

Watched clerk loudly verbally attack a disabled man, screaming at him to leave when all he had done was be slow to pay and then ask if he paid too much, when I questioned the clerk he said the man had been in before and was rude to them. The disabled mans previous behavior does not excuse the way he was treated today, the clerk was aggravated and took it out on the disabled man. Beware, no patience or tolerance here.

The 7-Eleven on Lakeway in Bellingham is one of the cleanest nicest convenience stores Ive ever been in. Jack and his crew are always warm and friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you with what you need. I go out of my way on a regular basis to go to this particular store even if another store is closer and more convenient!!

That was the worst treatment Ive ever had by a store clerk... I dont expect much from a clerk but politeness is important. If he worked for me I would have fired him. My Wife asked him a question he pointed and said right there she was looking he then said if she would open her eyes she would see them. As someone traveling I will never stop here again I will go out of my way instead....

Whenever I visit Bellingham or Canada, I visit this 7-eleven. Jack and his employees are great. I get everything I need and this store saves me time to go to safeway or any other big store. Prices are way better than other grocery stores. Food is always served fresh. And if you need super fresh, you can always tell them and they will cook fresh food in front of your eyes.

A convenience store, but with a heart. The owner, Jack, gives free hotdogs for the homeless who stop by, and has canned food drives regularly. Every time I have been there, he treats all the customers with respect and caring. It is refreshing to see such compassin expressed through running a convenience store.

I always enjoy going to places where employees and management care about their customers. Excellent customer service and the food and coffee is always ready in the morning when I stop in. My favorite location in Bellingham to stop when I need something.

Staff is incredibly friendly and stocked with most quick needs. The owner is a very generous contributor to the community and always looking to brighten the day of anyone who walks through his doors.

I stop by semi-regularly and the dude running shop around 2am-10am is super chill

You should never expect to be able to use a bathroom at any 711 unless they are attached to a gas station. Even then sometimes not. 711 lake way is the best 711 in Bellingham. Manager is great and very kind along with the employees. Always greeting anyone who walks thru the door, remembering things youve previously talked about and welcomes you as if you were a good friend. I think its pretty rare to find a store that remembers their customers and grows together more as a community. You go Jack!! Keep it up.

Stopped to get gas and cigarettes, but needed the restroom first, staff was very rude said there was no restroom and nothing open near by. Needless to say I spent my money elsewhere and found a Safeway just a few miles away, VERY RUDE!

Deceptive pricing. They always claim its a mistake, but theyre never willing to fix it, Eben getting verbally abusive. After the 3rd time this happened I quit shopping there.
