Weve been customers @ Crusin for the last 4-5 years, specifically friday mornings on our way to work. However today is probably the last.When you get an iced drink and the entire 24oz cup is Ice, and then 6-7 sips the drink is gone?! That is unacceptable for the price you pay.Quality and attitude have all been going downhill over the last year so far. Id rather support Woods or even take my money and get a consistent cup of coffee at Starbucks.

I would rate this a -10/10 if I could. One of the girls with dirty blond or light brown hair was very unprofessional. However the barista that serviced to take my order was very nice. But, for whatever reason the girl with the dirty blonde/light brown hair felt that she was able to disrespect me. She did not greet me in a respectful way when I returned to the shop. I returned to the shop because my drink didnt have any of the flavoring that I requested. When I went back to the shop, the girl said Oh youre back with an attitude. Didnt care to be nice or respond as if she has any customer service skills. Instead of asking me what was wrong with my drink or how she could help, she chose to be rude and act like I did something wrong. The drink was a plain latte when I asked for a caramel and mocha latte. Before she handed be the drink she also said with an ATTITUDE You should try it this time before leaving so its correct this time!. The girl (dirty blonde/light brown hair) was disrespectful and doesnt know how to treat customers. I should have asked for a refund, but she treated me so disrespectfully that I wouldnt have wanted to stay there any longer. She needs to be talked to by the area manager on how to have customer service skills and to be retrained or be written up. Im not the type that acts rude to people who are doing me a service. Dont remember exactly why my drink was charged as an $8 drink when it was about a 20 oz... there wasn’t a thing special about it.

Great Latte! Serves coffee and non coffee drinks. Go ask their soup of the day! Corn chowder is bomb.

Um, coffee isnt coffee isnt coffee, they arent all the same. I get that are younger ppl who work at the stands and I wouldnt go at all except thats what my husband prefers. They dont offer 20oz iced, well offer to put it in a paper cup and the coffee tends to be bitter. The last time we went thru, not one ice cube in my iced coffee 😥 and it was warm. I am all about supporting local and sometimes they get it right... Ill stick with brewed awakenings who are far more affordable, tastes good every time and Ive never had to explain how to make an iced coffee to them. And Darbi is local.

Cruisin Coffee is one of my favorites! I love thats its local, the staff have excellent customer service, the sandwiches and coffe are always tasty and made correctly, and they have so many options for reasonable prices.

Service is always pleasant, fast and accurate. They allowed me to pay in advance for officers. The coffee and milkshakes and italian sodas are amazing. Flavor options are incredible, they do everything possible to make exactly what you want and how you want it.

The only things I can really comment on are the milkshakes and the white chocolate mochas. Their espresso milkshake is quite possibly my favorite milkshake of all time. Its ridiculously creamy and the espresso is delicious. I dont get them too often, because at just under $5 for a 16 ounce shake, they are treat status. Their white chocolate mochas are also quite good. I do like my coffee sweet and creamy, so take that into consideration when reading this. The people at this location have always been very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly, competitive prices, the coffee is not as strong as Starbucks, if you like strong coffee like I do, fresh bagels, and so.much more. I highly recommend the toddy milkshake.

This was my go-to coffee stand for four years. I moved to Ferndale recently so I visit this specific location a bit less now (because I go to the cruisin out in Ferndale), but I absolutely love this stand. The staff is always super sweet, and I have never had a bad experience at this stand. Super great customer service, super great coffee!

Just left the drive thru. I ordered 3 drinks, 1 blended, 2 hot chocolates. Blended was correct, but the hot drinks were not hot. Luke warm milk with little to no flavor. Supposed to be Peppermint and chocolate, I taste no Peppermint and little chocolate. Usually theyre fine but tonight not even hot, I think thermometers should be used to know temperature bc the baristas are not consistent..... It is not creamy tasting I do not think it is breve either... so dissatisfied with this I dont see a phone number to call them either, that is why Im posting here.

My grandma and I ordered 2 drinks. The barista (the one that took our orders) handed out the first one, and mistakenly misidentified the drink - leading my grandmother to drink the wrong one. We did not realize this until they handed out the second drink. Due to being in the middle of a pandemic, my grandmother and I were not comfortable with me just taking it after my grandma had been drinking it. So we requested that a new one be made. They remade it, but the second barista (who made the drinks) insisted that we pay for another drink - despite it being their mistake. I understand being frustrated with having to remake a drink, but to make a costumer pay extra money for a mistake that you (or your coworker) made is poor costumer service. The mistake itself was not a big deal, it was how they dealt with it.

I have been a customer here, since they opened. The employees are always really pleasant, and get orders ready quickly.My only complaint is, theyre in Trader Joes parking lot! Its not their fault, they were there 1st.

The lady just stood there talking to her coworker and didn’t start making our drinks till minutes after. it was very upsetting, she was not rude, just customer service was not the best.

Great coffee stand, I stop here a few times a week and the service is always quick and friendly. When they are backed up on one side they have even walked out to cars to get their order. Coffee and food is always good.

I went here last Wednesday. And I’m so mad I didn’t get the two girls’ names that were working that morning. Because they were beyond amazing!! They were attentive and helpful all while smiling and being polite. You really can’t ask for better service!Id go out of my way to visit this location because of the service, luckily I don’t have too!!!!

I go for milkshakes when the sun goes down. It is never not busy. People seem to love this place. It takes awhile because there is usually only one person working. It would be great if people could order all at once, then while its being made, get your money together. the line would then move faster!But the milkshakes are tasty and worth the wait!Im sure the coffee is good too.

Located in a heck of a spot in the same lot as Trader Joes, this Cruisin Coffee is used to walk ups and cars alike. Their service is quick, especially when they have 3 baristas working together!

The girl who works there @ 5 am is rude. This has always been my fave and now I avoid going early in the morning. I was waiting for her to finish chatting and I was just trying to order coffee to go for my meeting, but apparently it was too much when I asked her if she could just take my order so I can get going. She rolled her eyes at me and I told her that I saw that. She then tried to make up, which was a complete turn off.If you dislike your job, do not work there. Also youre not there to chat, and if so, take orders while you chat away.All the other staff is amazing.
