I live in Seattle and have another Porsche dealer located much closer, but I contacted Roger Jobs based on feedback from local club members and had a great experience ordering a Macan Turbo with Sales Pro Nick Leader. The whole process took 7 months but that is about normal due to pandemic delays. Nick was very thorough and kept me appraised of the situation at each step. Pick-up/delivery was quick and easy (price was set in earlier emails and was more than fair for a custom order). He explained in great detail all of the major functions and controls before we left. We have purchased both new and used cars at Roger Jobs. Because this time around we were looking for an older vehicle that we could use for hauling stuff from here to there and back again, we did not think to look at this dealership because that is not what they specialize in. After some less than comfortable experiences at both standard dealerships and used car lots, we checked out Roger Jobs to see if they might have anything appropriate. Sure enough they did and not only was it just what we needed, but the buying experience was exactly what it should have been from the salesman in the lot through to the office processing of the paperwork. I also know that their service department can be trusted. Overall, they are the best dealership in Bellingham in my opinion.

I worked with Josh Shell, in pre-owned sales, to purchase a 2018 Audi Allroad. The experience was great! We did all the negotiation over the phone and email. Josh was pleasant throughout the experience. He was able to work with me and my budget to find a price that worked for both of us.When I came in to take delivery of the vehicle, the experience was fantastic. I did a test drive by myself, then we both walked around the vehicle to see if anything needed to be fixed before signing paperwork.While doing paperwork with the finance team (also extremely nice) Josh had a few areas looked at by his team and had them fixed by the time I was finished signing papers.Upon final inspection after signing, all looked great on the car and Josh gave me a thorough run through of the features of the car. He also was kind enough to give me an Audi water bottle as a thank you gift.I highly recommend Josh Shell and Roger Jobs VW/Audi/Porsche. Nick was courteous and answered all of our questions, gave us a very good price on our new Macan, and even helped us secure the lowest financing rates of any bank around. The pick up of the vehicle went smoothly and they took the time to show us the workings of the intricate computer system, including setting our favorites within all the bells and whistles our new Porsche offered.At all times Nick and his team were respectful, and (as my husband pointed out) treated me as the owner and person they were doing business with (which I am, as I was the one buying the car) even though he was there. In the past we had an incidence where the sales person was only talking to him, as if it was he who was buying and I was just the little lady, which irritated us both. So- bonus for not being sexist! :)All in all the car buying experience was a positive one, and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.
