Just purchased my 3rd set of tires from Mark. My business with them all started after I purchased a set of expensive tires for my 2500HD pickup from a shop I had been dealing with for years. The truck steering vibrated and was not near as smooth as it should have been. I took it to them 3 different times knowing the wheels were out of balance. They kept telling me it is fine. I then wen to Meridian and they told me all wheels were out of balance. Truck drove perfect like it did before I had the tires installed. Fixed right just like that and I have purchased 3 complete tire sets since. Thank you.

Reliable service for tires and general repairs to my familys Scion xB. Friendly service managers make a point to know their customers. Ive been using them for going on 10 yrs so if thats not worth a review I dont know what is. Fair prices, no surprises.

Not sure how their work is yet but I do know they are respectful and honest. They told me I needed a few parts replaced before they can do a proper alignment. I will go back next week for the alignment after I have replaced the parts. I will leave a full review at that time.

Went in blind to get a lift and wheel package installed on my Tacoma. Had a great experience working with Skyler. He was honest and transparent about all costs. Truck came out better than I had imagined. Overall a great experience and Id point anyone Skylers direction if they were thinking about a lift.

WAY BETTER THAN LES SCHWAB FOR ALIGNMENTS. Professionalism, knowledge, price, punctuality, all tiers above anywhere else Ive been, but les schwab especially.Took my overland vehicle to les schwab for an alignment 2 weeks ago. Second appointment of the day. Dropped off the vehicle before opening. Get a call an hour after vehicle was supposed to be done telling me there are 4 critical issues that have to be fixed before we can work on it. The week before I dropped 3k on repairs/upgrades though, so I called the mechanic that did the work. The issues les schwab stated were all things replaced. Was referred to Meridian Auto, got an appointment that week (les schwab had to wait 10 days). They took a look, confirmed everything was fine, and I got out of there paying less than I paid at L.S. when I took my Subaru there last month. This will be my one stop shop for all things tire related from here on out.

Had a problem with my sons Jeep. Made an appointment for an inspection today. Two hours later, and I received a call from Rick, with a comprehensive evaluation of what he thought might be the potential contributing issues. It sure is nice to receive that kind of treatment from a technician, that has never met me. I’m 5hrs away, while my son goes to school at Western.

Jim at Meridian Auto and Tire helped me figure out how to beef up my 2007 Tundra without destroying my gas mileage. I wanted better tires and a little more clearance on the old logging roads when Im out hiking, hunting and fishing. New 33 BF Goodrich KO2s (275/70 R18) and Bilstein 5100 shocks (middle setting on the front) and back. The truck does better in the mountains and drives better in town. Plus, it looks great! Im extremely happy with the work Meridian Auto and Tire did on my truck. I suggest that you at least go talk with them if youre in the market for new tires or need some work done!

I have purchased tires and had work done on my vehicle. Pleased with all interactions. Very knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, and the the office and shop are clean and organized. Gave me detailed estimates and did not charge any more. Worked with me to figure out what needed to be done first so that I could spread out expenses (I have a 30 year old work truck.) They also patiently answer all of my questions. I went to Meridian because of recommendations from a few people and have not been disappointed.

Had a screw in my tire and was from out of town. Discount tire had a 2 hour line and these guys patched me up in 10 minutes. Fair price, quick, and no nonsense. Would recommend.

One tire needed replaced then all of a sudden I need another tire needed to be replaced with a clean cut to side wall. It was fine before but they were really happy to splice my tire and show it off so I have to get new one

Did a lift on my truck. These guys a very knowledgeable and worked with me to figure out what I wanted and helped pick out the best tire, wheel, and lift combo for my truck. Much better for custom fitment than the big retail guys. Looks and rides amazing. Could not be happier

The owner of Meridian Auto is morally bankrupt. On a regular basis he drives by our residents, which is on or near Kentucky Street close to his business. He precedes to violently honked his horn and rev his truck engine and its to the point that my wife is in fear of him and what else he may do. He has made false accusations and even threaten me personally. Ive tried to talk to him during business hours civilly but this little mean Man shows me no maturity or willingness to acknowledge our real situation. I am a veteran of the US Army struggling day today to upkeep the only thing keeping us from sleeping on the sidewalk. He has on numerous occasions observed me struggling to start our motorhome and has never once offered any kind of help or references. Im not saying that hes required to help me but dont you think it is the Humane thing to do at least offer. A doctor is not going to stand there and harass somebody having a heart attack on the sidewalk outside of his doctors office. My wife is Native American and I believe that he is strongly profiling us based upon our appearance.

Over the top service. Ive had them troubleshoot electrical issues in my truck and trailer until well after closing time, and they will drop what they are doing to help in an urgent situation. Always friendly, and prices are right where they should be.

Extremely impressed! I wanted Firestone Ride Rite helper airbags on my pickup and had initially planned on going to Les Schwab. They didnt have them and told me maybe Monday. I called Meridian Tire yesterday and they had them in stock but it was too late so we did everything today. I also had them perform a complete inspection on my vehicle which they were very honest with (I know my vehicle very well and they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need). Bob did the inspection and ended up finding a power steering leak I did not know about and a brake issue I had been informed of by Les Schwab prior but had not had them do. Bob did the front brakes and assured me the power steering line could wait (again very honest!). Tony did the air bags and followed my instructions, I did not want the filler valves visible because I do not like that. They turned out Awesome! Thank you Bob and Tony for putting up with my pickyness I appreciate it. Reasonable prices, honest guys, a win in my book.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO SHOP TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS WORK DONE!

They stretch my tires onto my rims for a good price and a lot of places cant but these guys can. Good work but theyre not happy with my business i dont know why they dont like it when i bring my tires and rims in. If they would be more friendly with customers they would get a better rate.

Not really low car friendly. Took my Miata (on coilovers) in for an alignment and they charged me an extra $45 just to get it on the machine and didn’t tell me till they already had it up. Went here cuz they quoted me as the cheapest in town and now they’re charging me more than anyone else in town would.

Broke my vehicle while working on it and lied about it. Not a trustworthy shop.

Had been going to Meridian Auto for past couple years due to referral I received from Nissan dealership. All was well until recently when the following happened that tainted my experience resulting in me taking my business and referrals elsewhere.1) Had rear brakes replaced at 93882 miles2) Had 100K service done at 100715 miles3) Had oil change done 105152 miles when I complained of having pulsating when braking. They took it in and determined that1) front rotors were warped and need to be replaced. I would need to also replace brakes in front too because of having new rotors.. They recommended replacing rotors instead of turning them, even though there was 60% left on the front pads.2) rear brakes were at 80/20% wear and they suggested the 20% wear was likely due to a caliper hanging up. They recommended I replace rear brakes and caliper. They said they would call me to give me a quote. Two days passed and I heard nothing so I called them. They gave me a quote of $216 for front rotor replacement and total to fix all of around $774. I advised that I just had the brakes replaced less than 10K miles ago and I shouldnt have an issue already. Also advised I had the vehicle serviced only 4400 miles ago and if a caliper was hanging up, in order to reach 20% pad wear, they shouldve seen it and notified me during my 100K service. They did not. When I left that day, all that was said to me was, here are your keys, its like you now have a brand new car. At that time the man I was speaking to advised that he would go back and speak to someone to see what they could do for me. Here we are now 8 days later and no one ever called me back.I ended up taking it to another garage to get an estimate. Turns out, the caliper is no longer hanging up but the wear loss is still there of course. Which means they likely freed it up when I had it in for my oil change. Front brakes need no work at all (no rotors or brakes like they recommended). Only rear need to be replaced due to the caliper issue. In my mind, they realized they made an error by not communicating it last service, now its time for them to own up and make it right and they either dont have time to deal with me or are avoiding it. It was also made clear that I have to get this fixed within the next few days due to family in town and several other commitments needing my car. No call, nothing.Ive spoken to my brother who is manages a private garage as well being a certified technician who verified this is 1) definitely not how you treat your repeat customers in terms of just communicating 2) lying about what service is actually needed.VERY disappointed and I will not return and will no longer send referrals there. I think many wouldve just accepted it as is but because I do have some knowledge/resources about cars...Im probably not their average female customer and pushed back.
