He was able to fix the driveline and it was ready when he said it would be. There was at least 2 other employees who answered the phones but, even though they were nice and tried to help, they couldnt do much without Rich. If you need to call to ask questions, do it after Rich gets in and not when he is at lunch or in the bathroom. I couldnt help but wonder if Rich is a control freak or if he just doesnt realize the full potential of his employees.

Great guys. Were able to help press out a bad universal. Same day within a hour of me stopping by. Friendly fast and fair highly recommend.

They do great work. My only issue was having to wait a month for my driveshaft. They cut it short. I paid $305.66 the first time. I had to take it back and wait another month for them to correct their mistake, not only that I was billed $212.32 for their mistake. I just wish I wouldn’t have to pay more for their mistake.

My parents drove their RV up for a visit and experienced serious mechanical issues. The Drive Line team was the only shop in town who would take time to look at the issue to determine if it was catastrophic and needed to stay in town for service, or if it could limp along until they got home. My dad said they were great to work with and I really appreciate them making time even though they are so busy.

Rich is the best. My truck rides like a cadillac now. He is timely, professional, and just a great guy. His employees are great to. If you need anything driveline related done He is the man.

Ive had 2 custom driveshafts made here. I accidently gave the incorrect measurements for one and after taking it back they lengthened it free of charge. I also had a yoke balanced and all the guy wanted was a 6 pack for it. Awesome place

They told me 3 days until they can get my driveline ready and it’s been 3 weeks with still no ETA. No idea how they’re quality of work is since I get even get my part back. I told them to keep it since it’s been excuse after excuse I’ll bring my extra driveline to NW driveline services in Everett. I’d rather drive down there and get it done on time than deal with these guys anymore. Terrible first impression.

Limped my truck to the shop this morning because I had totally destroyed my spider gears in the rear diff. They quoted me a more than fair price to fix it and also got it done by late this afternoon. Down to earth people too, Id highly recommend

I recently had the differential in my Dodge Dakota rebuilt and equipped with a lower gear set here. I was pressed for time and did the lubricant change and inspection myself after the initial 500 mile break-in period. As a former Chrysler Dealer mechanic, I can tell you that these guys did an excellent job. The gear tooth contact pattern and back lash were dead on perfect. This place is awesome. Rich is funny and was helpful in giving me info on how to make installing my driveshaft easier. As well as pressing the studs out of my old driveshaft and into my new one. They got me a good price as well. Definitely will come back here in the future. Good honest local business. Oh and the shipping was right on time.

An 88 Y.O. friend needed drive line repair on his motor-home; I had 2 references to this company that I gave him. Seeing how it all turned out, I cannot imagine how a company could treat their customers more fairly.Bill called Rich multiple times for advice on D/L balance, yoke and seal replacement and parts availability. This was on a nearly 40 Y.O. rig; fortunately it is a very common drive line/axle combination.“The day finally came” we dropped off the driveline and later in the day picked it up with 3 new yokes installed, balance problem repaired, pinion nut refaced, yoke and seal in stock and all ready to go. I’m sure this was a very routine job however it was exceptionally fair billing for labor, all the advice and even parts price. Pleasant conversation besides and before we left Rich had loaned us a good seal install tool!-----I can tell you, we highly recommend Drive Line Service of Bellingham for any D/L work-------

He took care of me and offered suggestions on beefing up my driveline to keep from bending it again. And the balance was superb. No vibration at all. Quality workmanship.
