Famous story a rock flew out of nowhere while going, you know the speed limit on the freeway and hit my windshield. With success in damage and destruction I found myself with a nasty chip from what seemed like a bolder coming at me. Called and was able to get in same day and without long wait time at all. Sat in my car and watched while Josh fixed up the chip quickly like he’d done this a million times. After being quoted $130 elsewhere I was relieved to hear this damage only cost me $30. For someone who works in customer service I was super happy with the service provided, products used, price charged and over all expenses in general. Thanks guys!

About a year ago I had my windshield replaced with another company. Last week my rearview mirror was hit and broke the windshield. When Whatcom Windshield told me I had to replace it again I thought great there goes a ton of money again. But it was half that price with them then it was with the other company. They made an appointment quickly and was no time to replace it. They were amazing and I would highly recommend them! Thank you for the great service!!!

I called to ask about a windshield replacement for my car and the guy on the phone was downright rude and unhelpful. I called Louis Auto Glass instead and they were super nice and took the time to explain everything to me.

I was surprised by the perfection of Whatcom Windshields. Specifically since I had to come back after an employee stored my windshield improperly. But, once the new one arrived...it was a work of art the way they put it in.

They claim they didn’t damage my dash board in an area only accessible to someone repairing my windshield. Obviously I’m going to dispute this accounting. My word against theirs. Another thing, posted in their lobby is a story with clear anti-immigrant sentiment. Not sure who it’s meant to appeal to but his neighbors businesses happen to serve the Latino and Mexican communities in certain they appreciate that.

The work was completed purposely and in a timely manner, though I was somewhat miffed that a needed part wasnt ordered along with the windshield, causing me to return several days later. YMMV.

Needed my windshield replaced but, was concerned about the fragile metal trim around the windshield. When I spoke with Josh at the shop, he assured me that they knew exactly what they were doing. He was right, my windshield and trim came out fantastic! They finished the job so fast that I sat in the waiting room chatting with Josh, and Al for a bit not even knowing they were done. lol Top notch guys! Very professional, very friendly. I needed a cracked windshield replaced. I called around and their prices were so much below local competitors I was a bit leery. But their reviews were good so I gave them a try. I drove, up, they flagged me in, got it fixed by the time I got my nails did and was back out and on the road. Fast, friendly, efficient and great price!

Had a 2 crack at the edge of my windshield that I wanted to keep from spreading. None of the other local glass companies would touch it. Rolled in and was out in ten minutes. He was even able to partially repair the existing crack. Fast, quality work. Highly recommended.

Great servicex up front with cost/repair

I have an old truck and they got my windshield in less than a day and installed it in less than an hour. The price was lower than other quotes and the service was excellent. If I need another windshield I wont bother to check around for better prices or service. No free dinner but I have relatives whove been enticed by that marketing gimmick and its not worth the hassle.

A marvellous man.I went in to have a chipped windshield repaired and after a close examination of the damage - relatively minor by the way - he stated that the damage was superficial and would not cause any future problem. He recommended that no repair was necessary.What an honest man - he could have repaired the damage and charged accordingly - it was incidentally covered by insurance.
