I have taken several vehicles here for detailing. The quality of the work is exceptional. Just had a 2013 Subaru fully detailed and the results surpassed expectation. The car now looks new inside and out. Including the white and beige interior which was looking pretty nasty before the visit.Thank you very much Lee!Will see you next time.

Came here for an interior detail and the owner was very friendly and helpful. He ended up cleaning the exterior, fixing a chip in my windshield, gluing up a broken part of the trunk, and doing the interior detail work for the price I was expecting to pay for just the interior cleaning—so that was a lovely surprise! Overall my car looks great and it was well worth the money.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I brought my small SUV in to be cleaned. I was told it would be $200 because they would spend four hours cleaning it, including shampooing. I was told i could pick it up thst afternoon, but when I dropped it off I was told it would have to dry overnight after being shampooed. When I came back to get it, it had not been properly cleaned. While some cleaning had been done, multiple areas had not even been so much as wiped with a rag. The person I dealt with, Lee, was very rude when I pointed out two areas that had obviously not been cleaned and stated “why are you being so nit-picky.” He also put someone else’s floor mats in my car and clearly had no idea whose mats were whose. (They looked completely different). He actually asked me how i could tell which ones were mine. The compartments in the back were one of the areas not cleaned, even though I specifically mentioned them when dropping my car off, as recycled shredded paper had gotten spilled in them. Lee claimed it had been full of mud, which was not true. The carpets had large particles of dirt all over them. I had also specifically asked him to remove the stickers on the windows but he only removed the one on the outside. If you choose to get your car cleaned here anyway, make sure you pick it up during the day and have and hour to spend while you point out what has not been cleaned and make them finish cleaning it.

Really glad I stopped by. I had previously been to another glass repair shop and was told they couldnt repair the rock chip in my windshield. Unfortunately, if you have to have a windshield replaced in a Tesla, it requires a visit to Tesla to recalibrate the cameras. The crack is now 90 percent better and while still slightly noticeable, the repair will save me a lot of time, money, and frustration. Highly recommend.

Awesome shop! I had a leak in my rear window of my truck. Ive had it looked at, diagnosed, and fixed by multiple Ram dealers but everytime it rained I would end up with water in the cab. Lee and his crew found the problem (a bad bead when the glass was pulled after an accident), fixed the problem, and then dried the interior out and detailed it to new conditions. On top of that they got out some striping from taking my truck off road, and got the paint shiny and better than new. He has earned my business for the fleet of vehicles at my house and Im sure hell earn your business. Thank you Lee and company.

Terrible detail job Lee got 425.00 dollars for services that are not finish engine dirty,wax left on molding that,s a no no in detailing running boards,muffler dirty leather seat mill s never cleaned 425.00 for what it is a RIP off detail shop I no what Im doing I worked for Wilson Toyota in 60 s detailing if you want to give money this is the place to go

They were polite, straightforward, and fast, they delivered good service. Also they vacuum out your whole car for free when you get a windshield chip repaired. Lee is honest and runs a great glass company. I needed to get a rear window on my van replaced. He ordered the glass for us but because of all the traveling we were doing, we needed to pick it up and have it installed somewhere else. All we paid for was the glass. He didnt make a penny. We offered to pay him for his time but he generously didnt take us up. I highly recommend Bellingham Detail and Glass!

I have 2 cars and I took them both in for detailing. One to Final Touch and one into Bellingham Auto Detail directly across the street. I have an existing relationship with Bellingham Detail and like Matt very much. I have no relationship with Final Touch. I let them both know that this was a contest. We have a clear winner. It is Final Touch. Although I will still continue to do business with both, as a local business owner, I like to spread it around but hats off to the winner.

This place is amazing. Im an Uber driver who had a rider throw up in my car, and I brought it in because of the good reviews. I was not disappointed, the owner cleaned and detailed the whole interior, made it smell great inside and even came in on Saturday to send me off with my newly cleaned car. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing service along with a great job! The first time I came here I had a huge rock chip that I was worried would cost me a new windshield. Lee fixed it in no time at all and it looked perfect, especially considering the size of the chip. The second time I got a chip there was no question of where I would go. I had the same pleasant experience. Such a nice person and a great job! I recommend him to all my friends with great confidence.

I had a huge crack in my windshield and it needed to be entirely replaced. Lee gave me a quote over the phone and charged me exactly that and nothing more. It was also the best price I found after calling around at several places. $100 bucks cheaper at least. Not only that, but he was kind enough to come in on a Saturday and get me out the door in less than an hour and a half. He was also kind enough to do a few small maintenance things on the battery and some rust on the doors to prevent any further issues, as well as topped off my washer fluid. He was kind and fair and I recommend.

I was very satisfied with the services of this place, the owner was very nice and did everything to help me get a new window after my car got broken in. My car had sat for a couple years and had moss growing on it. Lee and his team got all the moss off and made my Cadillac Escalade shine nicer then when I bought it. We will be taking my wifes car to him soon.

I have been going to Bellingham Detail since I moved to the area in 1988. I think its important to write reviews that actually help the consumer, so here are some reasons why I have been a loyal customer for TWENTY THREE YEARS:1. Quality: They offer the only hand car wash in the area, and the quality has always been impressive.2. Convenience: The shop is located on Pacific Street which is easy to get to from anywhere in the county. It has never taken more than a day for the job to be completed. I can drop my car off in the morning on my way to work, get a ride from the owner to my workplace, and get a ride back to pick up my car at the end of the day.3. Excellent Customer Service / Accountability: I am a tough customer and not shy about making critiques, and Lee is extremely easy-going and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate. I stopped by once on a busy day for a mini detail, and Lee didnt charge me as a courtesy because of the wait. Customer service like that is not common among small businesses in this economy.4. Customer is Always Right: What really stands out to me is Lees commitment to his customers and their satisfaction. Like me, many people are high-strung about their vehicles and will except nothing less than the most superior quality. An example of this is what I witnessed about a month ago when I picked up my car after having it detailed: a customer became aggressive because he could still see a nasty ding with exposed primer after it had been detailed. He insulted the service, and belittled the employee who tried to offer help. Lee stepped in and: a. explained that the scratch was too deep to be buffed-out; and b. offered a complimentary paint touch-up. The customer quickly changed his tune in light of this outstanding customer-care. Hence, why I am writing this review.5. Consistency and Longevity: This, coupled with the high standards of quality sets Bellingham Detail apart from its competitors - which is supported by the fact that this is a local business and has been under the same ownership since 1980.

Got a large and terrible rock chip on the Coquihalla while heading south. These gentlemen were not only kind and accommodating on a Saturday of all days but fast as well with great customer service.I called them after calling several other places between Hope, BC and Bellingham looking for availabilities or estimates and had problems getting in on time or being hassled about exactly how it happened. Even though Saturday was listed on their website as By Appointment Only he still saw me on incredibly short notice and was able to help out with no hassle or grief for an amazingly affordable price.Thanks to how well they helped me out during my crisis and how friendly they were, Im going to be bringing my car here next time I need any detailing done or chip repairs. Thanks so much guys

My car was parked outside under a decent amount of trees here in bellingham for 5 months while I was away and lets just say there was a lot of growth from moss and dark stains from leaves and sap. Scheduled an appointment and took my car in one morning and that same evening I got my car back and it was honestly like new. Would have taken me a few days to do both interior and exterior and my results would not have been satisfactory. These guys knocked it out in a day and Im honestly impressed. I would recommend this glass and detail shop to anyone who wants a thorough clean no questions asked. Even my mother would be pleased and left with little to criticize, and that really says a lot.
