I promise you don’t want to get a car here, I messed up and got a car here as my first car and I completely regret it, as soon as I left the lot it was fine, halfway home all the lights came on, after letting them know, it was excuse after excuse, they fixed stuff that had nothing to do with the problems the engine was having, never fixed anything they promised to fix, they only solve the problem temporarily. I’ve only had my car since April, 5 months later and now the engine is completely out. They lie just to make the sale, they sell most if not all the cars with problems, if you get a car here, you will be back within a couple of days to fix something. They will reply to this with a b.s excuse when they know they’re selling messed up cars. No I don’t want to talk to any of you so don’t ask me to contact you, just don’t bring your business here, now I’m stuck with a car that I can’t drive and still have to pay off.

At this point short staffed due to covid means we are lazy and unprofessional.If you need workers hire some! Fire the 2 you got and start over. Youre lucky to even buy a car if you roll up with cash because there probably isnt anyone even here. No one wants to hear these excuses, engage with customers, fix your vehicles and move product honestly. If not, this isnt a sustainable business model for you.

Here is my final review. Still remains one star.Everyone here has been nice and friendly. Except Adrian. He screams at his customers over the phone, uses his personal phone to send offensive messages regarding his customers. When we ask for an update on something 2 weeks past due he says “chill”. He did not follow through on anything promised during time of purchase. My family was promised back seats for a truck, he took 2 months to get them. Once we started getting firm with him, they magically arrived within 12 hours.This business will do whatever it takes to get a sale, but will not follow through. We do not recommend this business because of Adrian. He is unprofessional and rude. Calls himself the owner.It’s very sad because our buying experience was great up until they had to follow through after the papers were signed and the vehicle left the lot.Anywho, please do not come here. I’m sure there are other local owned small dealerships who do not treat their customers like we have been treated.

Ive heard tons of great things about this place, but I was so hesitant to stop by because of my car lot experiences. Every time I drive by the cars I see are always gone so that let me know they do sale what they have.. One day, I decided to stop by and was greeted by Walter (salesman).. He asked what kind of a car I was in the market for.. Walter- was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and in general. I was skeptical to have my credit ran because I knew it wasnt perfect.. I saw a vehicle that I really liked, in fact, it was on the display lifted in the air... Walter and the Owner (Adrian) took time out of there busy day and moved cars just so I can test drive the truck.. I thought this was amazing that they even went through the Hassell to do what they did.. I got my credit ran and got denied from one creditor, but Walter and Adrian didnt give up on me.. They called until they got me approved with a good interest rate.. They called me at home and asked when I would like to come get my new truck!!!!!! This vehicle IS EVERYTHING!!!!! Its clean, runs well and Ive already driven it out of town 3 times! Ive told my entire church, my family, friends and people I know who are looking for vehicles about my experience... This car lot is the REAL DEAL!!! Most car lots sale you a car and act like you they dont know you when you come back.. These guys checked on me and are always pleasant! Ive had my vehicle going on 2 months now and its still BRAND NEW to me!!!!!! Lastly, I stopped by to pick up plates that came in and I asked what kind of oil should I put in the truck and they not only did it for free, but they picked my car up for me due to my work schedule serviced it and put my truck back.. I HIGHLY recommend GOTCARS to EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Walter & Adrian for your excellence all across the board THEN & NOW! Many blessings!

Great work great customer service big thanks to Walter and Adrain.fixed few codes clutch converter& spark plugs honoring there warranty contract! truck is running great no problems. although when i got the truck back the trunk was all scratch up from when they fix the clutch conv. i dont know what could of been placed in there but must of been pretty heavy because scratches are noticeable. other than that everything was great!

I initially set-up a test drive with Wilbert over the phone and his customer service couldn’t have made things easier. When I arrived the day of my purchase, I talked with Walter about the process of sale and exactly how I would test the car on the road. Wilbert arrived after the conversation and after the road test I was pretty much sold. Their honest business practice was much appreciated.

Purchased a truck here last year and it had a transmission leak that was supposedly not a leak. But I repaired it myself since where he took it did not fix it. It also had a faulty gas meter. I barely went 3 blocks and the car shut off on me when the gauge told me it had a 1/4 tank. Since then I fear going less than that. Side view mirror didn’t function and supposedly they fixed but didn’t actually happen. On the lifted trucks they have, check for rubbing in turns and if shocks were replaced. If not you’ll have to do what I did, purchase brand new tires and shocks. A bigger tire requires aftermarket shocks not stock. Along with a couple more issues with it that need to be fixed. They said they would have fixed them but never did and the 30 days was soon done. I couldn’t do anything else after I would not come here after that horrible experience. I understand it being used but I was not informed about the issues it had till I signed the paperwork

Adrian and Yesi are fabulous. They make you feel at home at their dealership and their inventory is all nice and clean. The facility is very tidy and their many years of experience in the automotive business is very apparent. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to call them you wont be disappointed.

I only have 4 months with the car and I already have a lots of problems take it to the mechanic 2 different mechanics and the repair cost over $2,000 beware they also gave me my car plates after 3 months I wish I could post pictures on my car if you guys could believe me but it doesnt let me post any pictures... the problem with the car that is that isThe transmission leaking,,,, needs a new timing belt.. AC stopped working about 2 weeks ago.. cars turns off by itself when going on reverse...
