Love their shoes! A friend of mine recommended this brand and took me to this store. I go there only once or twice a year, but when I did, I have always ended up buying at least 2 pairs of the shoes. There are always sample shoes on sale. I have foot problems, so I need great shoes, and these shoes are super comfy and stylish! Great customer service too!

EXCELLENT customer service! I had never purchased Mehpisto shoes before so I went in there to get more info. The store was quite busy for its size, there were about 5-6 other people in the there and one of the 2 employees, Shawn, greeted us and started helping us immediately. I told him that I was just looking and not ready to buy yet and expected to get blown off or minimal help, it was just the opposite.Considering the price, I wanted to be sure the sizing was correct and see the quality and comfort of the shoe firsthand (I had heard they run big, that was somewhat of an understatement!) I told him I was considering ordering online for the cashback discount and that did not deter his level of service at all. He sized my foot and fitted me in about 5 different pairs in 2 different models. He gave me a lot of great information and things to consider, even if I went with another brand. The amount of attention and time he spent with me was amazing for any visit, but especially considering how full the store was.I also asked about returns and if I wear them could I return. He was clear but polite, and I suggested I wear them indoors only - if they had excessive wear on the soles they may not accept for returns - which is pretty standard for shoes in my experience. Also, I too have found that some shoes fit better after a break-in. But in general my experience is if they are uncomfortable when you buy them, they will stay that way. IMO - a shoe with a good fit should be comfortable from day one.I had planned on ordering online but after that experience I decided to buy in the store and will continue patronize and support this business.

I splurged on these $350 shoes so that Id have comfortable dressy shoes for walking about LA. These are literally the opposite of comfortable. After 2 separate days of wearing them and only walking a few miles each time, I had bruising and blisters on the bottoms of my feet both times which lasted for the rest of my vacation. My feet probably would have done better in anything else... stilettos. I just stopped by the store to show the owner the awkward ridge in the arch but they denied seeing or feeling it and would not do an exchange. I stopped by the goodwill afterwards to drop them off. I definitely dont recommend this place or their shoes.
