I had a logo digitized and embroidered onto a single item of clothing at Jeans Direct and Embroidery. I was very happy with the cost, turnaround time, and helpfulness of the staff! I worked mostly with Shannon, who was really helpful in explaining my options so that I could end up with a finished product I was happy with. It turned out just as I hoped!

I e-mailed Jeans Direct to inquire about a quote to customize a jacket for my nephew. Of the 3-4 companies I reached out to, this was the most cost effective with the fastest turn around time.They finished the project 10 days EARLY and it looks phenomenal. The finished product looks clean and professional, just what I was after. Thank you for the incredible service!

Amazing hole-in-the-wall store, family owned and operated by great people. Best deals on carhartt double knee work pants. They also have an amazing selection of Levis at less-than-designer prices, so stop here before you go to Khols for jeans. The embroidery they do is very professional, and they have a large selection of cheap, unbranded hats, beanies and shirts. It a bit difficult to find your first time and parking is terrible but its never been too busy to get a spot. I recommend this store for both the working man and the family man.

They do a great job a have competitive prices. Had my companys jackets and hats made there the last 2 years and this years as well.

Ive bought some good work clothes here. I also have had some uniforms embroidered here. In general, its all decent stuff, but theyre really bad about returning calls and emails - or keeping me in the loop about how long stuffs gonna take. I put in an order a month ago to get about 10 items embroidered, and I keep dropping in and they keep saying theyre almost done, but here I am a month later with an incomplete set of uniforms. It also seems that the people working there on the weekend have no idea whats going on with the embroidery stuff - and dont know how to look up an order or check the status of an order. Price-wise theyre a decent deal, but you end up paying for it with lackluster serivice.
