I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews for this place. I went to get a pair of pants hemmed and after a week turnaround found the lengths were off by 1/4” and the string used to hem the pants were a completely unacceptable color (I had not wanted the stitching to stand out). After some difficulty communicating the problems, they offered to redo the hem. I pick it up a few days later and find the hem is still off by 1/4” and the stitching is also off by 1/4” between the two legs. I’m better off investing my $20 on a sewing machine. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I brought in a wedding dress that was too small unsure of whether they could let it out and have it done in time for my wedding which was less than a month away. The woman at the shop was able to add matching fabric to let the dress out and did it in 2 weeks and only charged me $52 dollars which seemed more than reasonable to me. I was very impressed with the workmanship, timeliness and price and will definitely be back!

Ive had several items altered here and have been extremely pleased. One dress was even rushed for an event and it was still expertly finished. Friendly service, reasonable rates, and quality work.

Pricing is decent for the quality. Been back multiple times. She aims to provide good quality in each garment. She does high volume for one person, she deserves credit for that.

I had a blouse taken in and the quality of their work is excellent. And its reasonably priced as well. Ill be bringing in more items for alterations.

I called ahead to see how much they would charge to trim pantlegs and hem them. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude, barely spoke English, and refused to give me a price for a simple hem.
