My appointment started on time and the staff was extremely friendly! More importantly they were able to answer all my questions regarding my vision and provided information to help me as well.

I visit Dr. Jensen annually and he does an excellent job in checking to ensure that my eyes are in good condition and if my glasses need to be modified. He is a great Doctor and can communicate, so that you understand what is occurring and what the next steps should be too. Both of my children also go to Dr. Jensen. After doing some research to find a good vision clinic that took my vision insurance, I was happy to find a highly rated clinic in my area. The crew at the Factoria Eye Clinic were all fun and professional. From getting my eyes examined to finding a great pair of glasses, they were exceptional. Dr. Jensen has been my go to eye Doctor for close to 20 years. He and his staff are the best. Friendly,personable,professional, are only a few of the words to describe them.I have never had a problem with any prescription.Examinations are very thorough. Dr. Paul Jensen is just The Best. Before I met him, I had itchy, burning watery eyes. The situation had gotten so bad that I was ready to scratch out my eyes. He stuck with me and provided an explanation of what was going on along with treatment. I am feeling much better now.The staff at Factoria Eye Clinic is great. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. Overall I would rate the service a 3 out of a possible score of 3. Excellent.Great job!

Dr. Jensen was thorough and accurate with my prescription. The recommended contacts were a perfect fit. The front office staff was very friendly and welcoming and they handled all of my insurance paperwork for me. I was unsure what glasses frames looked best on me, but Caroline helped me select the perfect frame and I have since received many compliments about them.

My ophthalmologist recommended Factoria Eye Clinic and Im so glad he did. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting I received as I entered and Leana was especially gracious. She was very professional and efficient in helping me select new frames.

Intern did my initial eye test, got it wrong resulting in it taking weeks to get my glasses. On a separate occasion support staff didnt know how to manage my request and so I left my appointment empty handed (they didnt want to disturb the doc, which was reasonable) but they then completely forgot to call me back after promising to do so within 24 hrs.

Great doctors, friendly staff, they fit me in immediately (I had a piece of debris in my upper eyelid). They even offered to get me to a specialist that day if flushing out the matter was unsuccessful. In the end, the irrigation of the upper lid worked, and I walked out pain-free and very relieved to be in such good hands! :)

Ive been going to Factoria Eye Clinic (FEC) for years for eye exams and new glasses. This year, though I got my exam at FEC, I thought Id try Warby Parker (WP) for glasses. Im sorry I made that choice. Unlike every pair of glasses Ive gotten thru FEC, Ive been constantly frustrated with the glasses I gog from WP. I will never make that mistake again.Everyone at FEC is professional and pleasant to deal with. I see no reason to ever go anywhere else again.

I was there in 2009 and then 2017. All new equipment, and the efficiency and pleasantness got upped too.

The service Ive received from Factoria Eye Clinic has been great…always fast, efficient and friendly.

My wife went here for an eye exam and to get her glasses. After the initial visit with doctor Jensen, he gave her a wrong prescription. She had the glasses made from this clinic as well for over 500 dollars. After wearing it for a couple of days, she had severe headache so we decided to go back to the doctor to see if the prescription was incorrect. A couple of optometrists from the front desk told her she needed to wear it at least 2 weeks for her visions to adjust, and so she did. The headache became much worse, and she was unable to focus on anything when wearing it, so she decided to take it off and we made another appointment to see if the prescription was incorrect. An intern from this clinic did an exam on her vision this time and gave a different prescription, which was also wrong.Doctor Jensen said he would send her to an eye specialist on Friday that week. Friday past, no one from this office gave us a call. The next Friday we called in to check when my wife would see the specialist, for which they said they would contact the specialist next Monday. Another week past and nothing came from this office so we call them again. After 3 weeks, we got a call from them to schedule an appointment.After the exam with the specialist, he said my wife doesnt need to wear any glasses. The reason why she had severe headache was the prescription was very inaccurate. A few weeks after, we got a bill of $450 dollars from the specialist. We then called Factoria Eye Clinic to see why we had to pay for it as it seems like a malpractice here. My wife doesnt need to wear glasses and we already ran back and forth so much just to end up receiving a bill and some bad headache experience. Probably they charged my insurance companies for the exam even though we got the refund for the glasses.After my complaint, the clinic said they would have someone name Jacob called me back on Friday or next Monday. No call from Jacob so we waited until the end of the week and called them to remind. Two weeks after, Jacob called and said we needed to pay for the bill. He said as I recall, You have a choice to visit a specialist or not. Even though doctor Jensen referred you to a specialist, and we made an appointment for you but you still had a choice to whether see a specialist. Because you did, you have to pay. Normally we dont allow refund on glasses but we made an exception on this case.After hearing what he said I was speechless. Looks like a clear malpractice and doesnt make any sense. What does it even mean you have a choice to see the specialist after the doctor there referred her to one and they made an appointment for her...I would stay away from this clinic.Looking at their response. It sounds like they treat immigrant differently, and its customary for doctors in the United States to give prescription incorrectly 3 times. Probably they didnt know Im from the United States. Just because I look Asian I must be an immigrant who doesnt know anything about the United States.

I have had 3 annual visits to this clinic, and have been very happy each time. Great people who take their time and give you personalized service that is lacking in other places I have tried.

Got my prescription wrong. I noticed double vision and blurriness after extended period of studying, so I got my vision tested elsewhere and found out my prescription was wrong. They refused to fix the issue because of their 90 days warranty even though they screwed up the initial vision test.
