I get my eye checkups here, and they are terrific. Totally happy with the docs here! What is always an unknown is if you’ll find a set of frames you like at the same place. Long story short, I found some frames elsewhere and had them made with my updated prescription. Another long story short, second set of lenses and something still seemed off. Losing confidence in this other place, I somewhat sheepishly asked the EyeCare Center if they could check them out to see if they could figure out why they weren’t working. Jim called me back and said he’d be happy to do so. Next day I come in, sit down. He looks at my old glasses (which I was still wearing) and my new glasses and INSTANTLY deduces the issue (more curved frame). He adjusts the frames so that the face is flatter, and voila! Saved! So Jim is the man! This place clearly has true professionals from the docs who perform the exam to the opticians who help recommend and PROPERLY fit your glasses. Bravo. 1,000,000% recommended.

As always, great service, great people helping every step of the way. So glad my neighbor referred us years ago. I’ve seen Dr B and Dr Kwong and they are both excellent docs. Mustn’t forget Jim who does a wonderful job getting just the right frames fitted and of course, the ladies who help at the front desk. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was very pleased with my eye app t at The Eye Care Center today. From the easy check in, the assistant who started my exam and especially Dr Kwong who was personable and professional. I left feeling confident they my issue would be resolved and had contacts to try out as well for another issue. I highly recommend !

Lost a Contact Lens, and thought it was stuck in my right eye. Dr. Grant was super. Patience, understanding and caring.He examined my eye for 10+ minutes. Helping me understand that the lens was not hidden on the back of my eye. Sorry - the contact lens is really lost.Ordered a new lens and scheduled an appointment for fitting in 2 weeks. Thanks Dr. G

I am a former client but had not been to any eye doctor since 2016. I was long overdue for a check-up. I was greeted by two very nice gals at the front desk and promptly sat down and waited for my appointment time. It wasn’t very long before a darling bubbly gal and a gal she was training appeared. They took me through a barrage of high tech eye testing equipment, which didn’t take very long and I was in my examination chair in no time.Dr. Urbaniak came in and greeted me with a pleasant hello. She tested my eyes and we talked about the possibility that I may need to finally consider getting cataract surgery before I get any older. She explained what the cataract clinic will be looking for to approve my surgery so Medicare will pay for it.All and all, I was very pleased with my experience and all the people involved.Joanne

I was in search of a new optometrist and I found the best place. I was welcomed by wonderful staff and Dr. Urbaniak was amazing. She was very friendly and answered all my questions in full detail. The optician who helped me out with getting new lenses also knew what he was doing and explained everything step by step as he was working.

Amazing customer service!Initially, I tried a few frames for my prescription glasses. Unfortunately, this was with my mask on. Hence, I had to speculate and pick one.After a couple of weeks when the glasses arrived, I tried them on at home, this time without the mask. This is when I realized that the frame was too big for my face.I called The Eyecare Center and explained my concern. They invited me in again, and helped me pick another frame to my liking. And this time, I tried them without the mask in one of the exam rooms privately. Finally, a picked a frame that I really liked.The best thing about this trip was, they didnt charge me for adjusting the lenses into the newly picked frame. In fact, I received a refund on the frame! The optometrist who helped me was really friendly, patient and helpful.

I have been receiving care at this location for more than 20 years. There has only been a single matter during the years that I took issue with, which involved a new employee and it was handled quickly. The staff has been friendly and attentive. The exams go beyond simple vision correction with retinal scans, eye pressure, focus, color & so on and include recorded images to help maintain lifespan ocular health.

Super awesome place, very kind and informative. They are very aware of not doing things insurance might not cover, which I really appreciate. I felt like I was really well taken care of :)

The Eye Care Center made me feel like they had created a safe environment for their staff and patience. They were very organized and right on time which is so rare. Dr. B is the best. He is so good about taking time with each patient and explaining everything. He is really great. Jim does a great job helping to pick frames too. They make everything great!

Doctor was good , but I had very bad experience with optical section.I bought a sun glass and they had so many confusion. In invoice and made the purchase really unpleasant.Any question asked they would reply“I was not there, I don’t know who helped you”🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m sad to be moving away from these guys, they’ve taken care of me for decades now. I went in just today and was able to get an appointment within five minutes, to adjust fittings for my 3 pairs of glasses. I wish I knew her name, but the woman who helped me also replaced my nose bridge pads and tightened up the screws on my glasses along with adjusting them just right. I felt very well taken care of. I can’t say enough about their attentiveness through the years during eye emergencies Even at late hours and weekends. If you are looking for knowledgeable Eye doctors, Unrushed And thorough eye exams, these are your professionals. Highly recommend!

I had been dealing with a complicated eye issue for weeks and getting nowhere before I decided to try a new clinic, and Im so glad that I found The Eyecare Center! Dr. Urbaniak has helped me through a very difficult and unique vision situation and is systematic in her approach, thoughtful, and understanding. Her communication is excellent. Every person I have encountered at the clinic has been top notch and I feel entirely confident in their abilities - so much so that even though they are out of network, my whole family will be switching over and I have already recommended the clinic to several people.

As usual, a terrific experience from check in to check out. Jay was excellent with pre-exam testing and Dr. Lindberg is the consummate, candid professional.

Optometrist consultation was great. Post consultation experience with selecting the glasses was not so good. During payment, our insurance was not correctly recorded in the bill, and we were overcharged by $200.

Was late for 13 minutes in rush hour and got appointment cancelled, they had wrong number on file, but still my fault. Didn’t notify in advance that masks are required, as they are optional per state guides.

Great first time experience - everyone I interacted with was super friendly and professional. Offices are nice, can book appointments online after your first visit, had a print out of what my insurance covered and what my total cost would be in a very easy to follow format. Dr. Jones was amazing - professional and showed me all of the images that were taken and explained what we were looking at. I already told my husband he should switch! Will be going here from now on!

Every attention to COVID protocols are being practiced. I had no safety concerns during my visit today. Dr. Jones is always professional and takes the time to answer any questions and concerns I may have.

Had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Elizabeth for the annual exam. She is wonderful and went over and above explaining everything. Exam was extremely detailed with the multiple scans and the thorough explanation about everything and addressed all my questions. I’m glad I found my eye place. Don’t go anywhere for your eye needs but here.

Jill is awesome at helping to find frames that look great! I tried them last year for the first time last year and it is by far my most favorite pair of glasses! The prescription was filled great so my progressives make near and far distance both clear.

I am a retired physician having worked in the Seattle metropolitan region since the late 1960s in the private and public arena. The Eyecare Center is truly a delghtful place . Very friendly receptionists who promptly greet you and take care of initial check-in matters. Initial screening exam is performed by knowledgeable staff. Then, the best part is the thorough exam and interpretation of the findings by the care provider in my case, Dr. Bruce B., an outstanding clinician. Then , I leave having been seen at the “goodbye” window and ready to be seen in my next F/U visit! Looking forward to another fine experience.

The Eyecare Center has been amazing! They are all incredibly patient and accommodating. Knowledgeable group and supportive staff who help take care of our son’s complicated vision needs. He’s a challenging patient but they always go the extra mile to ensure he’s comfortable. Their offices are a bit farther for us but worth the drive!

I appreciate the time given to evaluate the health of my eyes and then to explain the cause of a recent episode of what turned out to be an eye migraine. I left knowing what I need to do to slow down the macular degeneration. I received thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable care.

Great office. We see Dr. B. They are always willing to answer my extra questions, patient with my kids, and flexible when we need to change appointments or schedule family back to back. They charge a small extra fee for their special equipment, but Im inclined to think extra info is worth it when the cost is so small. Also, its pretty cool to get pictures of the inside of you eyes ;)

I just loved my visit to the eye care center, Bellevue. The staff at the reception is so warm and welcoming that makes you feel comfortable as you step in the clinic. The doctors are polite, friendly and caring. This is the best eye clinic I have ever visited.

My wife and I recently moved to Kirkland, WA and were very pleased by the welcome and excellent service we received from Dr. Lindberg and his staff. The examination was thorough and results were given in detail suited to our questions. We left the office satisfied that we had found the best Doctor of Optometry for us. My eyesight drastically changed in my left eye after undergoing macular hole surgery last year and I have been seeing Dr Beaulaurier who has been working vigilantly to find ty he best corrective lenses for my vision. He always takes the time to answer my questIons and assuage my concerns. And he goes through the tests with me and explains what the photos show and what the implications are.There is also an optition named Jim who calls to check if my new prescription is working for me and if I have any concerns. I am extremely satisfied with the care and service I have gotten here.
