Online customer support is an absolute joke! Buy in store and return in store because anything online will be extremely painful!

Their shirts are great quality and fit perfectly. I have been ordering from them online for awhile, so it was nice to be able to walk into an actual store.

Coming from Vancouver (Canada), I was surprised this was an actual store and not just a Facebook ad. I walked in and was very surprised to see the prices. For myself, I would never shop here because $99 for a button shirt is way above my budget. With that being said, the staff member was very nice and did a good job explaining their concept. It appears this is as close to a custom made shirt as you can get without actually having it custom made.

Untuckit in general is a great store, with a wonderful selection. They have heavier and lighter weight tops, the quality is always excellent, and their styles vary so most people can find something that goes with their tastes. (Solid classic shirts to bright patterns)My experience with untuckit is largely formed from my experience with the Washington Square Mall location in Oregon. We moved to Washington and we were excited to go to this new-to-us spot in the mall at Bellevue square.But, I knocked a star off the rating here because they simply had no shirts in our sizes. One of Untuckits things is a shirt for most sizes, including tall. My fella is 65, and really needs those talls. From all the shirts he asked about, they had none in his size. It was a sharp contrast to our usual experience in Oregon where they had his size in almost everything. I asked after some tops for me and was told that they didnt have XL (size 14/16). Again, a sharp contrast to our usual.The sales people seemed pretty quiet, and didnt make suggestions really about other shirts that they might have in his size. But, they were kind, and when we found something he could actually try on - some pants - they were more engaged. They just didnt have the inventory to let them shine is my guess.If our experience at this location changes, Ill definitely update the stars on here.
