This location is nice and clean. Not much to maneuver in the isles. I appreciate that the help we get.I most Appropriate Tony in the Salon. Tony is a Jewel. Hes been doing hair for over 8 yrs. He did a great job when cutting my hair. I Highly recommend him.

Its a busy Walmart but they usually have the shelves stocked and you dont usually have to wait a long time to check out. Sometimes it can be a little slow at the deli during the busiest hours but its worth the wait. They have a great deli and the bakery usually has something good but they change up their products a lot. The bakery sub sandwich rolls that they sell are excellent. UPDATE: 4 April, 2021 - I dont know whats going on with Walmart but Im seeing way too many empty shelves the past few months. Maybe its due to COVID-19, but other stores are nowhere near as bad as Walmart.

Difficult to find things with the new layout, but the store appears clean. The staff, as usual, are great. Asking for help from employees who clearly dont work in that department, they both didnt hesitate to drop what they were doing and take the time to help me. Makes for a good experience overall.

The pharmacy part is always something I dread and its frustrating 😒!!always something I cant get or they dont even try tobe plesant.But the rest of the departments are 4or 5 stars.I quit getting my meds there now.Do check into the pharmacy dept.please know prices are good for meds but its not worth the fiasco.you lost my business but they could care less!Corporate!!mngment!bad attitude..

Every time I go into this particular Walmart, Im always appalled at how filthy everything is! Sam Walton must be getting excellent exercise by constantly turning over in his grave....... Id rather pay more $ and go to a different store or pay the $ for gas to go to a different Walmart. Ive been at Offutt AFB for 15 years, and I can say that I do not go to this particular store more than 5 times a year. Its quite sad in all reality. Management should be held accountable.

Generally found items we went for, and then some. Store was MUCH cleaner and well organized than the last time we were there. Also LIVE CASHIERS were available. Management has improved noticeably over the last few months. Had to dodge some pallets in the aisles but better than empty shelves. A lot more employees in the departments, too.

These guys maintain a clean store. Which is critical in my book. And, during the height of COVID, they did their best to maintain order. Their shelves are always stocked and orderly. For many years, this was our main Walmart…until we moved.

This has to be one of the most disgusting Walmart stores I have ever been to. Sam Walton is probably rolling over in his grave. Walton Family should be embarrassed and needs to step it up. Parking lot is riddled with massive potholes. Inside is disheveled. Shopping carts are past due for replacement. Needs remodeled. Employees and customers deserve better. I avoid this store unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Old lady working at customer service desk Tuesday 9/14/21 has horrible customer service.Rude and snarky attitude when simple questions were asked. Just down right incompetent. How does an employee not know what an online order is?I would never recommend this location. Other locations at least seem to hire people who can tell the difference between an apple from an orange. They hire anyone with a pulse to work here.

Like I said it would be nice if they had more help. Short on employees. Not enough registers with employees. They still need to use the A/C it gets hot in there. The employees need to be able to use the intercoms to get help or older enough people to sell alcohol.

Its Walmart. Big expansive box store. Couldnt find employees to help us find things. Wandered around and spent way too much time for the few things we needed.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE- I went to get an oil change and when I was “done” my oil and windshield wiper fluid lights were still on. I went back inside and asked for a refund because I didn’t believe they actually changed my oil. Johnathon the service manager walked me out to my car pulled out the dipstick and said “oil looks good” then reset my lights in my car. I shook it off and thought maybe it was an honest mistake on their part not resetting the oil light. I checked my voicemail the following day and John had left me a voicemail while I was still at Walmart the day prior waiting for my car to be done. He specifically said “We aren’t able to do the high mileage oil change give us a call back and let us know what you want to do”. It wasn’t until I had PROOF that corporate would even listen to me about this and it is beyond dangerous for them to be telling people an oil change was done when it really wasn’t. I’m thankful for him leaving a voicemail as proof or else I wouldn’t have ever known it was actually not done.

Used to be well stocked, now has several empty shelves with lots of items either shorted stocked or nil stock.

Some products I buy our hardly in stock. Shelves are empty most of the time. And customer service doesnt know how to answer ? Bout the product and wont take the time to help. Wish it would get better

Waited for over 30 minutes for an associate to order a birthday cake for my grandson only to be told they dont have supplies. I even called the store and had them page an associate. Ridiculous

Its always dirty, their shelves are always empty. I try to avoid this place like the plague. I know that if I go here Ill have to go to other stores after to get what I need. I usually go to the one on 72nd. Yes its out of the way and I have to pass this one to get there until they made it all self, now Im going to just go to Bakers for my food and Target for everything else

I have been a loyal customer since the day The Papillion, NE store opened several years ago. That day ended last week when I was shocked with there 100% self checkout only. I know there are many people that prefer self checkout. I AM NOT ONE OF THEM. I will give my business to stores that continue to provide non self checkout services. Im sure this will probably put Walmart out of business, but my business will be with Stores that value their customers input.

Couldnt find several things I needed. Had signs up that we are supposed to wear stupid masks again. Rediculous!!

I needed air in a tire. The tire was not on the car and I asked an associate if he could put air in the tire. He walked me over and I had the tire in a shopping cart. He then proceeded to tell me how to use the machine to air up my tire. He wouldnt take the time to help a customer out. I bet Wal-Mart is glad I didnt hurt myself. Then I had to carry my tire over for him and put it in the water to see where the hole was at. Wal-Mart I will be waiting for my paycheck from working at your location today.. one associate from a different department, had 2 cigarette breaks before I was helped. Inside at the counter. Its been the same for years at this location. Worst customer service experience

Shelfs have empty, but the most important thing is there were only 2 cashiers with allot customers, so many like myself self checked $275.00 worth of goods 😡

They never have fully stocked shelves. I always have to go to a second store after a trip here. Yesterday evening I called in an order from the deli and when I arrived to pick it up the worker said management didnt know what they were doing when they took my order and said I had to wait 15 mins for it to be ready. It turned out to be 20 minutes and now Im behind on my schedule because this location can never get itself together. Id give this location 0 stars if I could, they are that bad!

I dont shop at this Wal-Mart that often, actually only 3 times in the past 5 years, but I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff as I walked through the story. I was only in there for about 30 minutes, but was greeted by at least 5 different employees. One noticed I had a few too many items in my hand, no cart or basket on hand, and they offered me a shipping cart they were bringing to the front of the store. At checkout the girl that helped me was very friendly and helped as I finished my self-checkout. Im sure Ill be back and definitely more than Ive been in the recent past.

Its a decent place, a bit busy sometimes but thats to be expected at any Walmart.

It hurt me and my family feeling that amount all the shoppers that exiting the door with their shopping, a guy at the door only ask me to show him my receipt. I did show him because I dont like drama but we ( my family and I) didnt like the fact he only ask us. That me and my family feel different because (we are not from this country)than everybody else that shop at Walmart and was exiting like us.

Not a lot of plant options in the garden center which is what I was hoping for. Line took a long time as well. Parking lot was scary crazy this day with people zooming by really fast and honking. I’d recommend speed tables or bumps for sure. LOL.

They dont stock there shelves so they dont have very much to choose from. I know theres a shortage of some things but a worker told me they dont have enough employees to keep the shelves stocked.

Love Bellevue WalMart. I can find just what I am looking for and they have terrific options when it comes to checking out of the store. You dont have to stand in line for an eternity.

I definitely prefer the Walmart on ames they definitely know how to stay stocked on all the great items an have way better selection on items

Better than Walmart in Nebraska City, that does not take much though. Nebr. City is always out of most of the items you need. Sad I have to go out of town to a different Walmart to get what I want.

This Walmart is horrible. The parking lot is on horrid shape and even for a Walmart it is rarely well stocked for groceries and other market items. Fresh produce is horrible-bananas are often so green, you have to wait 3 to 5 days for them to be edible and avocados are consistently as hard as rocks.

Drive from midtown Omaha to go here. Best one

DO NOT GO HERE. Let’s just say my car went into the shop with AirPods In it and when I got my car back they were no where to be found, workers have no idea what happened to them.

This Walmart is always a mess. There were only self checkouts open and a line of people past the frozen food section. Nearly all the shelves were bare and the honey ham I purchased was spoiled. Not impressed.

Um why are your restrooms backwards?? I am now traumatized from walking in on 3 old men at the urinals bc of memory. Mens on left Womens on right....yup not this location. NOT COOL!!

This place is just not worth going to. Inside the store the walkways are littered with trash, the bathrooms are never clean, there are a million potholes in the parking lot, and it just has an overall feeling of not being well managed. I try to avoid it as much as possible.

Pot holes, only self check out as an option, I dont work for free. Offer a discount at the pay rate of a cashier or bring back jobs for humans.

Walmart is a joke. The store is open until 11pm but customer service closes at 10pm. Why would I want to come at different times to do business? I am livid. It makes no sense to me. I at least understood it more when the store was 24 hours. Ive said it forever and I really mean it this time, Walmart is a filthy, rundown store and I know that I will pay more but Im going to Target. Just a better store overall.

After the b s I went through over my tire warranty I just decided to go buy another tire and mounted it Road hazard and warranty is not worth the money or time

Giving Walmart a 5 only because of Dailionna. I was looking for a square card table. She noticed a table on the shelf and folded it. There it was! I missed it because it had been updated to a folding table. Ofcourse furniture wasnt her department but she was eager to help. Shes a rock star!! (Old people talk for she did excellent)

Tire shop closed at five and saposed to be open until seven.

Not only do you have to check yourself out, you have to go out to the parking lot to get your own cart. Half a dozen employees standing around by the door and when you ask them where the carts are the give you an attitude and tell you to go get it yourself. Its no longer worth being treated badly by every employee you encounter just to save a few cents. If Walmart wonders why they are getting beaten by Amazon, its customer service.

Still have standard and self check out lines, no mask if vaccinated.

Big store, had just about everything I needed. Almost tackled on the way out the door by the guy checking receipts. Other than that it was a Walmart.

I could not get help at the self check out. When o finally got help.the young lady canceled a $300 order I spent 30 minutes ringing up. I was very upset. I also had a handi cap person with me I was shopping for. I had to ring the order from the beginning.

Its just disgusting in there. Floors are cracking and ALWAYS dirty and Im finding alot of expired products on their shelves. I will NEVER order online for pickup because Ive seen how they pick your items. They do NOT pay any attention to the expire dates!! No thank you!!

They have almost everything you want like food, clothes, toys, etc. Some stuff are seasonal which I kinda dont like. You can order online or curbside pickup which is nice.

The employees always do there best to help customers and have the area nice and clean. Very busy store, so dont always assume youll be out of there quick unless you do self-checkout. Even that will be busy. So dont blame employees when it has to do with everyone shopping there. Great prices and can find pretty much everything you need.

I try to avoid this place like the plague! but had to stop to get a fishing pole for a young boy for his birthday, a Zebco of course, the #1 kids first fishing pole. Place is fairly clean, usually very busy, parking lot is atrocious full of potholes.
