The store is great but the employee I dealt with today was very rude. I walked into the store like 10 min before closing and I was looking through some items when he came up to me and told me the store was closing soon. I continued to pick out some items and then walked up to me again and said “we are closed” and pretty much kicked me out. Typically, stores just close the door and allow the customers inside to finish shopping but I guess this guy really wanted me out or had other plans for the night. How disappointing

Super friendly and welcoming sales associates, as well as a really great range of high quality apparel and accessories. Love the tea-house vibe of the boutique, too. Today I went in and shopped the end-of-season sale, so I was able to get 50% everything I bought today.

Ive never walked into the store before, but I will be going back. Just super helpful and intelligence service. Great information from all the staff, honest and upfront communication, and also a great product.

The store is clean and beautiful! James is always so helpful, and has a fantastic eye for fashion. I always look forward to visiting the staff and seeing whats new for the season. I highly recommend checking it out!

Went and had the worst experience with some customer service rep. I work in the Bellevue area, and will be spreading the word about this horrific experience. I will be writing a letter to corporate and what type of service this store has been known to have given other customers.

Great store! Yeah, the selection is limited, Nordstrom also carries the Ted Baker label and has more available tailoring services, but the Ted Baker store often has better items on sale for cheaper than Nordstrom - I got a better suit for $>200 cheaper and only spent $15 more to walk it over to Nordstrom and get it hemmed ($10 to get it done in an hour). Worth a check!

Clean! The day we were there was for a fitting for my sons suit. They have alterations on site if you like.

Blonde female employee didn’t look up to greet me the 20 minutes I was in there. Too involved with whatever was going on with her phone. Ended up buying two of the dresses I saw there at Nordstrom 10 minutes later.

Will never buy from Ted Baker anymore.Bought a dress for $315 20 days later goes on sale for $100 less, they wont adjust the price because its been more than 14 days that sucks.Their customer service is terrible.Never buy full price always wait until it goes on sale.

My favorite brand for work clothing. Its not too boring but cute professional dressing.

Not the best customer service at this particular store - the store is empty for a reason. Better off at Nordstrom to purchase same items and a better return/exchange policy.
