Went to the store on Friday June 11, around 4pm, older white male employee followed us around the store for the entire duration. Employee also did not acknowledge us coming into the store or leaving, despite doing so for other customers. Of course, being followed around isnt new for us (we are Black), however its disheartening to experience when we are simply trying to look at items and enjoy our day.

Very bad customer service policy. I bought a pair of hiking boots 3 days ago, tried to replace them with different size because they were really hurting. They refused even discussing that.WILL NEVEN BUY AGAIN FROM THIS BAD COMPANY

Walk into a completely empty store, the woman staff member didn’t greet us or say anything for several minutes. Felt very unwelcoming.

Its nice to try them on in-store. The help there wasnt exactly fourth, but when prompted was decent. Some may prefer the standoffish approach rather than trying to sell you everything. Nicely done store aesthetically, prices may be different through other avenues

Didnt have much of a ladies section

Found a pair of boots online, went to the store to try them on and the price was higher, even tough the name and picture on their portal was the same. False advertising!

Wow the customer service is fantastic definitely going to be back soon. The store manager is completely amazing can’t say enough good things about this place! Very happy!!

I was very excited to wear my new shoes and tried them out after purchase by walking around the mall. Unfortunately the shoes started to dig into my ankle uncomfortably.I attempted to return them but since I had worn them outside the store, they would not accept them back, something they had not warned me about prior to purchase. I havent seen a store more strict with their return policy.Its unfortunate that Im going to have to avoid Timberland in the future.

Shopped here on black Friday, and although it was really busy, we didnt have any problem finding someone to help us. The employees were really attentive and helpful. The only downside was how hot it was in the store.

If you don’t want to be acknowledged and have 1 hours to wait for somebody to attend you this is a great place to find shoes. If not go to Nordstrom’s.

Would highly suggest talking with Shawnee who works here! She was extremely helpful and gave honest opinions. Never tried to upsell on products we didn’t need and was super personable! She was great 😊

The staff is unwelcoming and dont want to pay attention, I asked for apair which I saw online but without even checking or confirming the lady said oh we dont have any. I was happy to find the store because I didnt want to order online but it was not the best experience.
