We came to Great Floors initially for new flooring for our entire home, and were then surprised to learn they also offer interior design/renovation services, which we were also looking for. Immediately upon meeting with the designer Jason we were sold. He helped us plan a beautiful layout for our new kitchen, which included a major expansion, and got us on the schedule quickly and for a great price compared to some other quotes we had been given. We are still in the completion phase of the reno but so far things are looking amazing and Jason has been with us every step of the way making sure things are personally handled and any issues addressed right away. Theyve been a huge part of our extensive home remodel that has included everything from the new kitchen, to flooring throughout, new lighting, and some exterior work, helping us make our home what we dreamed of. Weve liked the work so much weve continued to add more projects through them as we go along. Highly recommend!!

If you like being ghosted, this is the place for you. I placed multiple tile orders, and each time I was told by the sales rep he would call me with an estimated arrival time as soon as he gets one from the warehouse. For each order, I never received a call. So I leave voice and email messages to get an estimated date so I can schedule the install with my contractor - never got a response. When I call in and ask for help, I am told I have to talk to my sales rep to get a date. 4 of the times while transferring my call, I was disconnected. Of course the times I was transferred it didnt matter be cause I never received a call back. So I resorted to going into the store to get an updated status. That was more effective - although once I went in and was told I would have to talk to my sales rep to get that information .. and he would be back in a couple days. The store seems a wonderous combination of disorganization and sales rep indifference. I give them one star because their tile samples and display are good. But save yourself project delays and frustration - buy from somewhere else.

Very professional sales team and install services. Im a Realtor and needed to choose a quality, but reasonably priced carpet for a high rise condo sale. Mark Smith, my sales & project coordinator, dialed in quickly, provided a few choices, confirmed availability, and I was out of there in less an hour. When I had logistic issues with the HOA for install and had to reschedule 2 times, Great Floors moved heaven and earth and met my deadline. Highly recommend!

We received very useful guidance in carpet selection and pricing from showroom staff. We are also quite satisfied with the quality of the installation. Our frustration derives from installation scheduling. Twice we were given dates, moved furniture as requested and then learned toward the end of the day that they had to postpone (two different jobs in recent months). Then, on both occasions, they failed to come in on the substitute date. When carpets finally arrived, it was many hours after the window provided.

This store location seems to be going through some hard times with a major staffing shortage at the project manager level. Their quality control on installation vendors is poor as well. Your project may suffer as a result as mine did. I would recommend steering clear and looking elsewhere unless the material you need is in stock and you have your own installation contractor. I wish someone had written this review before I got myself into a mess with Great Floors of Bellevue.

Very professional sales and installers. Im a real estate broker and do a lot of projects for home sales, and we often need stuff on short notice. Jason gets it done, hes available and quick to respond. Any issues that come up get resolved. Highly recommend.

Initially my experience at this location in Bellevue started out fairly good with Shalini but it wasnt long after my credit card was charged that my purchase went downhill. The carpet install was scheduled and then on the DAY OF the install it was cancelled. I stayed home from a weekend trip to have this done. The install was rescheduled for a week or so later. The DAY OF the second install I received a call stating that the installer might not be able to make it. I left phone messages for both the install manager and the store manager. Both said they would return my call. Neither of them did.I was frustrated at this point and wanted to cancel my order. They said they would have someone out in a few hours and that I would be compensated for all the delays . The installer did show up several hours later. A week later I called Shalini to ask about the compensation I was offered. She said she would look into it. Its now been 5 weeks . No call back. Nothing! My advise.....Go somewhere else

He knew exactly what to look for and was able to order what I needed quickly so I could get the job done perfectly without delay. Pricing was great and customer service was top notch! Great Floors did the Kitchen in my condo, their work is of amazing quality, price was very reasonable and job was finished 5 days after installation had started. Our start date was around 3 months because they had been booked up. But given the quality and design, it was well worth the wait!

Weve been shopping around for tile for a while. I have to say this store is the best in the area! They have the best selection of various brands. Their open hours are very customer-focused which is a big plus. More importantly, they even offer to order samples for you and send to your home! With the introduction of our lovely but carpet-tearing covid puppy to our home, it was time to replace our carpets with hardwood. Debra Seivert had come to our home pre-quarantining to measure and ensure that the product we wanted would match our existing main living area hardwoods. She kept our info on file for over 9 months and, without skipping a beat, put in our order; shared with us us what we should expect re delivery date of wood followed by installation; walked me through the rebate process; confirmed that I was comfortable with the width of the wood being ordered not being exactly the same as our current hardwoods; and discussed transitions. Delivery and installation occurred exactly on timing forecasted and installer went the extra mile and screwed down loose floor surfaces to minimize squeaking and shimmed uneven floor areas. Within a couple days of completion, I received a check-in email from Debra and then a thank you card!!! Great floors! Great experience!

Avoid them. Horrible return policies and such a lousy support. Need to keep following up on the delivery and won’t accept returns even when the order was large and there was a slight surplus. Avoid them and look for other quality store around.

We recently had new carpeting and floors installed. We went out to bid and decided to go with Great Floors in Bellevue. What should have been a 2 day project (this is what we were initially told), turned into a 5 day project spread over 2+ weeks right smack during the holidays. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the customer service from the management of this organization was dismal, at best. I strongly do not recommend Great Floors in Bellevue based on my recent experience.

An attentive customer service right off the bat! This location is excellent. I wish I had more time to spend there today, but I feel confident that my needs will be met with the short amount of service I received today. I also need to mention that this location is exceptional versus the First Avenue location. I was in the First Avenue location yesterday with my daughter for quite some time before 3 sales associates even recognized we were in the store. The Bellevue location acknowledged my entrance immediately and a salesperson came over within 30 seconds to address my needs. What brings you in today? Exactly what I needed to hear. We went to Great Floors because our pets were causing a mess on our floors. We had no idea what new floors to get. Gordon, our sales representative, was extordinarilly helpful and gave us lots of ideas that were pet friendly. After trying many different samples, we were able to make a great choice and Great Floors sent very professional installers that worked very hard to make sure everything was done meticulously. Price was good and quality outstanding. Thank you Gordon and Great Floors!

Our purchase experience was good. Karl was helpful in making sure we choose a good quality material that fits our flooring needs. There were some communication issues when it came to installation process. However, Jim, the store manager promptly responded to our concerns, personally came to our house with Anthony, the installation manager, and made sure everything goes fine.

My wife decided she did not like the floors that came with our house (4 years old). First we researched different types and brands of wood flooring. Once we established what we wanted, the search for the best price for the floor was on. Great Floors in Bellevue, turned out to have the best price per square foot. What made this experience so exceptional was the sales person; Jason Kirkland, helpful, friendly and direct. After receiving the initial price, our floor contractor told us to hold off until he checked his sources. Well Great Floors, beat even the contractor price for the floor material. Jason went the extra mile for us and even delivered the material to our home. I highly recommend Jason Kirkland and Great Floors.

Had a great experience looking for tile. I came here 3 years ago and was not impressed, but this time was a game changer. I dont know if I was lucky in rep or the store has gotten better all around.Update: when we went to order, they were unable to purchase what we decided at their store. They are unreliable and we will not be going back.

We had them come out 3 weeks ago to measure for flooring, kitchen cabinets, back splash, and counters. No one has contacted us since with any estimates. Guess they dont want our business!

Even 1 star is too much. These people are very unprofessional.Most of the sales people are not that knowledgeable.Please avoid working with Haleigh or youll loose your time and money.She has no information about their product and dosent dare tell you the truth.I told her from very beginning that I have a very tight time schedule; so, I need to get the carpet installed quickly. Haleigh didnt want to loose me so she lied and said we would have this carpet in stock so you can take it right away. Well right away took weeks, even to send me a quote, then she never ordered any sample as I asked, and was never able to answer any of my qestions clearly. After 1 week I asked if the carpet was ready to be picked up, it was then that she announced that she still has yet to order it and it wont be ready before August the 15th(in 3 weeks). I was very disappointed by her deception she uselessly wasted my time. I spoke with her manager so he didnt arrange the situation in my interest (Terrible customer service), also he rudly hung up the phone on me.I highly recommend to avoid working with these people.

Lots of convenient free parking, plenty of helpful staff members ptesent, large, clean showroom, huge inventory of flooring samples on hand, low prices = Best flooring retailer on the Eastside.

Worst experience ever.I came to their store on one Sunday, at that time, they told me that they cant provide the price price till weekday (Can you believe it? a seller does not know the price of their products?) So I picked 5 different kinds of hardwood floors and they promised that they will send me the quote by email next Monday.On Tuesday, after two phone calls to remind them, I finally get the price at 5:00pm. My wife and I picked one which they said in stock. Then they said that they would send me the final price and delivery time on Wednesday morning.Then, same story happens, after another remind call on Wednesday afternoon, they told me that my selection is out of stock and need at least three weeks for delivery.Its a good place to check samples, but a terrible place to make order.

Haleigh was a huge help since we have no idea what we are doing.

We shopped around and found the best cost/value to be here for prefinished hardwoods and carpet. We purchased both materials from the Bellevue store and had their contractors install the carpet in our often-used living room and closet. I saw the negative review on this site, so I was a bit hesitant to use their sub-contractors... I was relieved when the english-speaking installers arrived on time, worked quickly, installed without issue, and cleaned their mess. After a year of using the carpeted area daily, we havent had an issue and it still looks (with the exception of a few small stains from our 3 year old) and feels great. I would highly recommend both the store (Bill Scott is a fantastic salesman with extensive knowledge who quickly returns calls even after the sale) and the carpet installers.

Here I sit after 1000s of dollars, weeks of waiting & preperation work, rising early on saturday clearing floors etc. The Loser installer with his family in tow has just came & went saying he does not have the skills or tools to install my laminate floor and thats after he started cutting the carpeting out!I called the store & was told no one is available to address the situation, I left voice mail for Arney & MelonieThese people are very very poor to deal with... They will take your money & blow you off!So far no return calls, no information, nothing hours later...Shameful!!
