Ended up going elsewhere to get cabinets made. I practically had my credit card ready to buy, but the salesperson was painfully slow responding to calls and emails. A couple of measurements were messed up, luckily I double checked everything. When potentially spending $12k I expect call backs within a day, not 3+ days. There were more frustrations with how the quote was done and messing up quantities etc, but I dont have time to type a long review.

Huge shout out to Dean! I walked in on a Monday afternoon and said, Hi! One of the brackets that holds my faux drawer front in place snapped in half. How do I order a new set? Dean said, Give me 15 seconds, walked into his office, and walked back out with a new pair, free of charge. Easiest part replacement ever!

A Huntwood cabinet was installed in our house when it was built in 1986. Last week, a plastic fitting broke, causing a front panel to come loose. I could not find the fitting at any of the home improvement or hardware stores. I called Huntwood, and they immediately sent a replacement part, free of charge (I would gladly have paid for it). Great service and total class. Thanks Huntwood!

I had a hard time trying to decide if I should give them 5 stars or not. But bottom line is.....the cabinets turned out beautiful and the installer was both talented and took pride in his work! These cabinets were an addition to cabinets already installed by the builder so there was the complication of matching. They did a fantastic job with this as well! We definitely had some delays; you do have to be patient with this company. I also didnt like some of the forms that we had to sign indicating that they werent responsible for potential damage. The installer was very careful with our belongings. I am sure that the company has been screwed in the past by damage that wasnt from them and thus the forms. I am very particular and I would 100% recommend this company!

I had a wonderful experience working with the Huntwood team. Their product selection was great and they were able to produce the navy cabinets I wanted under their standard selections, saving me substantial money from the custom option I would have had to do elsewhere. The product is superior to most products Ive seen on the market and it looks absolutely beautiful installed. I highly recommend!

Huntwood delivered products do not match show room. Received cabinets with damage from shipping. Repair was poorly done so our contractor had repair the repair or reorder.Kitchen cabinet drawers were not finished and rough. I checked Facebook and found I am not in a unique position. We will not recommend to our neighbors who are remodeling soon.Huntwood is working with us now to correct some production problems by replacing unfinished drawers and correcting other problems. I will give them more stars if they come through to our satisfaction.Finally, after 8 months and several replacement doors we feel Huntwood has lived up to their advertised quality. Note: be prepared to have your contractor work with customer service until you are satisfied.

I got to tour the showroom last year, and it is spectacular! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the cabinets are beautifully finished. This is worth the visit if you are looking for new custom cabinets.

Cabinets way overdue by several weeks. Gee one would kinda think they would be perfect NO. FAR FROM IT. The arrival was Tuesday of this week Installation was attempted on a couple. The rest did not fit. Way off in measurements. The one cabinet that seemed to fit had a big gouge on the inside that they clearly tried to cover up. Also it was not as wide as the previous one and now a part of the damaged wall shows up. The lazy Susan in another does not work and the two doors do not match!!!?!Well salesman is supposedly showing up next Tuesday and I want them all gone and redone. That will probably take another six months. On another note I have a home in Bellingham and it was finished in 2010. I hired medallion cabinets and they were and are perfection. The appliances were purchased at Albert Lee and they communicated with our wonderful sales person Lindsey. The appliances are from Albert Lee and Lindsey this time and she did not get ONE phone call as of yesterday . Huntwood is located right next to them in Bellevue!!!!I sincerely hope I can retract this one star review huntwood. It is up to YOU

Im starting legal actions against this company. They made 15 mistakes with measurements, then took a month to reorder the cabinets (there was no sense of urgency at all), second time cabinets were delivered again with mistakes (they never even apologized) and then made two more mistakes after that. My construction was delayed by over two months because of them which costed me absorbent amount of money and inconvenience of not being able to finish the construction. Moreover, 3 of the mistakes they made were not salvageable, and three of the items I ordered and paid for still havent been refunded. My calls, voice messages and emails are constantly ignored. Its been over 3 weeks since finally all cabinets were delivered, and Ive been asking for refund for items I ordered but didnt get, and not only I havent received a refund, but they havent even responded. I had better customer service buying a $0.25 bubble gum at gas station than this company where I spent over $14,000. I have started legal process. Biggest mistake was buying cabinets from this company. The cabinets are expensive, mediocre quality, and people that work both at the store and corporate dont care about their customers, not properly trained to take the measurements, and completely incompetent. Their customer service manager, George Dunbar, said he has taken special interest in my case, but he doesnt even respond. I just looked up reviews on their corporate Google listing and saw other people had same issue with George. Their sales specialist at Bellevue store, Yana Alentyeva, is completely incompetent. The mistakes she made with my cabinets should have never been made. Her manager, Derek Morrow, couldnt care less about customers and if his sales associates are making major mistakes. All they care about is making another sale and hitting their quota.I have more photos if anyone is interested.Update: Huntwood response below is absolutely NOT true. There were absolutely 0 changes made after contract was signed and payment made. I had to fire the original contractor because Yana made over 15 mistakes with my order which mean construction team had to come back another day to do the work for the second time and they wanted to charge me extra for increase in scope of work. Huntwood refused to do the installation even though it was their fault and original construction team refused to do installation twice for free, so I had to fired them and get a new team. Because of Yana’s mistakes I had to pay twice for the installation and because of Yana the construction company lost a client a week after Christmas. Yana came by the job site only twice because of the mistakes SHE MADE and most importantly is how long it took her to come by and to place new orders to fix her mistakes. It took them two months to fix all mistakes and get me correct cabinets. That means the construction work was on hold, and I didnt have a working kitchen and had to spend even more on eating out. I have emails documenting everything, including how Yana spoke to me condescending tone and how long it took Huntwood both store and corporate to get back to me while my entire construction project was on hold. Thanks to modern technology, I have everything documented and happy to share with anyone that wants to see proof. Leave a note here and Im happy to even jump on the call. I want to help others so that they can avoid extraordinary expensive mistake working with Huntwood.
